We had a wonderful surprise 70th birthday party for my brother. The house is spacious and nicely appointed with everything one would need. Beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. The view of the bay especially at sunrise is stunning!

Great view of Lake America and close proximity to Colloca Winery. TV needs to be larger in Theater Room. Pool table was in a good location (same room as Theater) and allowed all guests to be together. Hot tub is under the deck which helps in inclement weather but star-gazing is not possible in tub. Overall, the home was in good condition with some needed attention to maintenance (example, a king headboard with a rock under one leg, some TV remotes that needed batteries, light bulbs that didn't work, and the washer/dryer were difficult to operate as buttons pressed did not activate the machine until many repeated efforts finally worked). I'm sure these items along with a fresh coat of paint will be addressed in the off-season.To assist future guests to plan better, I would suggest to bring all toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, etc and blow dryers or other hair styling equipment needs as they are not provided. Bring your own firewood (and kindling) if you want to sit around the fire...highly recommended! Local firewood is available for purchase if you choose not to bring your own. We did enjoy our stay and I'm sure future guests will as well.

The host is fabulous & very accommodating. The property is perfect for family stays for weddings or vacations. The size of the house, the 2 refrigerators, new washer & dryer, the fire pit & dock are all perfect for a great get away. We stayed for a family wedding & had 20 people & had so much space to spread out & gather, it was perfect!!

We had a large number of out of town family attend the wedding and everyone was very grateful for the spacious, clean accommodations in such a beautiful setting. Relaxing Quiet Retreat

This property is gorgeous. Located in a very quiet village. There is not much around which is what we were looking for…..days full of lounging on the Bay! The Coopers were amazing hosts and would definitely consider this a vacation spot in the future.

Great place for family time!

This is our second stay at this property. We use it as a yearly family reunion time. We love this house and all the great amenities! Everyone has their own space. The bedrooms are well decorated and it has wonderful beds and comfy mattresses. We love it so much, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Stayed at this beautiful property on the water for our annual Girls’ Weekend. The host met us at check-in to go over the basics of some mechanics like hot tub & awning function. He wanted to be sure everything met our expectations..and it did!! We took the 2 kayaks out on the bay and enjoyed the beautiful sunrise. We really loved the comfortable beds, plush towels, and well equipped kitchen. This was our second stay with The Coopers and plan on returning next year to their sister property (Xanadu). Definitely a 10/10.

Family sharing time

Great property for large family of four generations. Well provisioned, spacious and friendly, responsive owner. We have rented Coopers other property, Xanadu, for several previous years but family has expanded so we required more room. This was our first year, but not our last!

Amazing home and amazing time!

We had a great stay at the Cooper’s house. The kids loved “staying in a mansion,” jumping off the dock, hanging out in the movie room, and making s’mores. The teens loved the hot tub, fishing, doing puzzles on the big dining room table, and kayaking, Thea adults loved the lakefront property, sunrises from the bay and sunsets on the lake, comfy beds, and the close proximity to state parks, festivals, and wineries. A huge win for the whole family!!!

Can't wait to come back next year!

The house was amazing, the owners were incredible to work with and were super flexible with us. There were plenty of rooms to house our bridal party after our wedding so we could all stay together, between the movie theatre and the hot tub? We never wanted to leave! We hope to make this a yearly trip and highly recommend this property for your fair haven stay! You won't be disappointed!
