Our spacious and elegant bungalow is equipped with four comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, and ample living space. The property was beautiful, and there were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.One small suggestion would be to include a few basic essentials, such as coffee, garbage bags, and a few other pantry items. The property did provide shampoo, towels, and other toiletries, which was appreciated, but having those extra little touches would make the stay feel even warmer and more comfortable.Since the property is a little outside of town, having these basic conveniences on hand would make a big difference for guests and enhance the overall experience.

If you need a place to stay with kids this is perfect, they literally have everything! My daughter had the best time and we certainly appreciated the hot tub after doing a Hyrox race. My husband pointed out it would be perfect spot to come to on a golf trip with the guys with golf course nearby

Hamza was an amazing Host! I will Definitely be back! The house was clean, the communication with Hamza was excellent, the house was exactly as marketed. The hot tub was amazing! To anyone who is considering taking this house save yourself the trouble and take it now! Otherwise someone else will enjoy something you missed out on. My rating is 10/10! Excellent.

Overall it was a great place to stay for the weekend. Very spacious and lots to do. There is a game room that’s tons of fun and the hot tub was great. There was a tiny issue with getting the code to work when we got there but the owner reset it and after that there were no issues. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful big home in a private community. Very close to everything! Easy drive from Ottawa airport. Updated kitchen appliances, giant refrigerator. Washer and dryer very accessible. Owner easy to work with, always available immediately via message. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family reunion celebrating my mom’s birthday. The home was beautiful, with a spacious kitchen and comfortable rooms. The basement was filled with fun activities, and we truly had a blast!

Incredible location and home, the check in process is super quick and easy, the host was fantastic to deal with and answered every question I had. Huge kitchen with cooking supplies and load of other things to do around the property. Highly recommend.

The BBQ was rusted out, and old with no propane. We arrived there was throw-up in the couch cushions I noticed when I sat down. they came the next day to clean it. The hot tub was not clean and could not be used. The house was not very clean. For the price I expected much more to our standards.

We booked this expecting a luxury stay but it clearly was not. Access was unsafe, with thick ice blocking the entrance. The garage contained a MOUNTAIN of garbage, with a strong odor throughout the home. There was a toilet with feces in it. There were only paper towels in the bathrooms and we found wet towels in cupboards. There was rusted cookware, a dirty fridge and stained furniture. Advertised amenities (fireplaces, games equipment) didn’t work. While the host sent someone to address the garbage and burnt out bulbs, the overall condition reflects long-term neglect that could not be resolved on short notice (damaged walls, chipped paint, damaged floors). This property is not as described and does not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards, let alone a “luxury” listing. I have been as factual as possible since the host has threatened me with a poor rating if I say anything bad about the property. It may be worth 200/night but not more.

We selected this property based on its location, the host’s confirmation that it was a bungalow, and the advertised amenities, including features represented as supporting guests who use walkers.During the stay, multiple issues arose, including cleanliness concerns, advertised amenities that were not fully functional, and operational matters requiring guest intervention. Accessibility features that were material to our booking were more limited in practice than implied in the listing.While the host was responsive, the overall condition and readiness of the property did not align with reasonable expectations for a premium-priced listing. This rating reflects a mismatch between how the property was represented and the experience provided, rather than an isolated issue.Clearer disclosure, improved maintenance, and stronger pre-arrival preparation would be necessary for this property to justify its advertised price point.

My wife and I with our two kids and golden retriever booked this place when we were dropping our oldest off for university. It was very convenient to have a place that was pet friendly with a fenced in area.The house is beautiful and in a great neighbourhood. The only issue we had is the cleaning agency did a terrible job. It is very evident the family that lived there had moved out and the house had never been truly cleaned. The kitchen drawers, dishes, cutlery and every surface in the kitchen was gross. We spent the first hour or more just cleaning the kitchen so we were comfortable using it. There were no towels in the master bath so we went to the laundry room where it looked like a bomb had gone off. There were sheets and towels piled everywhere with no way to know what was clean, so we had to do a load of laundry to make sure we had clean towels and to feel comfortable we washed linens as well and remade the beds.I will say our host was extremely responsive and sent the cleaners back the next day. They cleaned specifically what we complained about, but didn't touch anything that we had not detailed. We loved the house, it just needs to be deep cleaned!!

Thank you, Matt - and our sincere apologies about the turnover cleaning; that was well below our standard. As you noted, we sent the cleaning team back the next day, and we've since changed our inspection process so every turnover is checked before check-in, kitchen and linens included. We're glad the home itself, the fenced yard, and the neighbourhood were everything your family (and your golden!) needed - we'd love a chance to host you to a better start next time.

Superbe grande maison avec tout accessoires fournis. Au niveau propreté ça aurait pu être mieux. Les lits étaient propres et les planchers aussi. La salle du bain du sous sol était mal propre nous ne lavons pas utilisé.
