You'll have full access to the penthouse, private garage, and rooftop terrace during your stay. We offer an easy self-check-in process with no need for in-person contact.

-This penthouse offers two parking spots. One covered and one uncovered
-Please note that during check-in, the Security guard will request identification from the person named in the reservation.
-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.
-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable. 

The third bedroom is located in the Rooftop to the left of the stairs
Please do not leave the rooftop door open
Only use elevator #4. There are not numbers in the elevator but you should ALWAYS use the last elevator to go up and down.
Smoking is not allowed in the penthouse - violators will be fined with $500
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
Please note that there is a camera in the front door 
Please treat our linen with respect. We will charge for stain linens 
After a guest checks out, we cannot assume responsibility for mail delivery. Please be aware that a management fee will be charged for any mail delivery to the guest's location.
If any issues arise with the house, such as plumbing or AC problems, please inform us promptly. We're committed to promptly addressing any concerns to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
When the home is unoccupied, please ensure the AC is set to a minimum of 76 degrees to help minimize electricity consumption.
Please let us know ahead of time if you would be using the BBQ so we can prepare it for you
We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
Please be mindful of the electricity.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
Please let us know If you have a dog, even if it's a service dog. We would really appreciate it
