Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.

Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In Time: From 16:00
Early check-in may be available for an additional fee or guaranteed by booking the night before.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Luggage Storage:
Guests arriving early or departing late may store luggage at the central office (168 Granby Place) free of charge for up to 12 hours. Additional time may be charged at €10/day.

Guest Policies & House Rules
• Cleanliness:
Guests must keep the property tidy and report any damages promptly.
• Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations will incur a €200 fine.
• No Parties or Events:
This is a quiet residential home. No parties or gatherings are permitted. Breaches may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.
• Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless written permission is granted in advance. When approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee apply.
• Lost Keys:
A fee of €200 will be charged for any lost or stolen keys.

Maintenance & Support
• Reporting Issues:
Any maintenance concerns must be reported immediately. Issues are addressed based on severity and urgency.
• Complaints:
Any complaints during your stay should be submitted in writing via email. In cases where resolution isn't possible, alternative remedies may be offered (e.g., partial refund or complimentary services).

Damage Policy
• Definition:
Any damage that alters the condition of the property, including broken furniture, appliance issues, staining, wall marks, water damage, etc.
• Liability:
Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay, including compensation for potential loss of future bookings due to unavailability.
• Bedding & Mattress Damage:
Stains or soiling on mattresses or bedding may result in full replacement costs.

Security & Access
• Staff Entry:
Authorized staff may enter for cleaning, inspections, or maintenance. They will always knock or ring before entering.
• Emergency Access:
Entry without prior notice may occur in emergencies, suspected illegal activity, or welfare checks.
• Pet Accommodation (if approved):
Guests must cooperate during scheduled service visits, which may require temporary pet relocation for safety and efficiency.
