This home fit our whole families needs perfectly. We prefer king size beds for the couples and this property had 5 king size bedrooms. The grandsons all slept in one room and the granddaughters had a room to themselves too. The heated pool was a definite plus. Can't forget the golf cart, it was put to good use for the week. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware which is wonderful. The management team was very efficient and quick to respond to any concerns before, during and after our stay. We really enjoyed our week at Miramar Beach making memories with our family. Thank you for a beautiful home.

We have stayed at sea splash before location is excellent. Alex and the property management team were top tier. Address all our needs and communication with them was quick and efficient. By far the best experience we’ve had traveling, which we do often. Golf cart was a plus. Only thing they could improve on is none of the bedrooms had dressers just a closet which isn’t enough and when we stayed there last time there was two fridge/freezers which we could of used cause with as many people that house sleeps one fridge was not enough.

House was great - all supplies for kitchen were there and ready. Outside grill. Nd area were great for cooking out. Kids loved the pool. Enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home with pool, games, and beach nearby makes everyone happy!

Home and host were great! Plenty of room and parking for all as well as amenities to make everyone happy. We definitely appreciated the prompt host responses to questions and issues (which were resolved immediately!). The host definitely went above and beyond when needed.

We had a large group of 28 and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the bed were comfy and communication with the property manager was excellent.

House was very clean & the perfect size for our family of 22. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Pool was great, but we did pay to heat it and im so glad we did. It was used every day. Alex was great to work with & got back to me very quickly if I had any issues. Loved the closeness to the beach & the golfcart was extremely handy for lugging stuff around. All in all, we loved our stay here & Miramar Beach in general. Would definitely use this VRBO again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Great Home with pool

We had a great vacation here and the house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and the management company answered our questions quickly. The pool and backyard space was well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed our time time here!!! We will definitely book this home again.

Great stay!

Great place, property was nice and close to beach. It was very clean and had all the supplies necessary. We didn’t receive any communication on check out, so we did what we could.

Great for big groups!

This house was perfect for a big group! The pool/patio area is amazing and there are so many beds! The house was very clean upon arrival and the walk to the beach was easy. They also had plenty of beach chairs/toys. I would highly recommend this property!

Rental was comfortable

There was plenty of room for our family, ages 79 to 18 months. Everything was provided that we needed. Kids loved pool and it was close enough to walk to the beach.

We had 10 young family members from ages 3-15 and 9 adults ages 30-70. The space was perfect on all floors. Loves the living room, and kitchen areas. The backyard and pool area were perfect for the children and teens. The lighting for evening swimming was so relaxing. We loved the addition of the Golf Cart. The beach was very convenient also and God blessed us with great weather!
