The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible via stairs.

Enjoy a private balcony furnished with Lounge set as well as a dart board! The unit includes a full kitchen as well. The TV is equipped with Roku for streaming ability.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at The Eagle’s Next. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Very thoughtful extras, like a coffee station complete with Italian syrup pumps. The a/c was powerful, and greatly appreciated. Shower pressure was wonderful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What an amazing home away from home! This was an adorable and comfortable place for our family stay. Every comfort was provided, from games to pool to large screen TV to W&D to coffee and more! Everything was spic and span! This is not your average generic stay! The decor just felt inviting and like home. Thank you for everything!

Overall our stay was amazing! The location had everything we needed and more plus the value was unbeatable. The host was responsive and helpful when we mentioned a minor shower faucet leak they explained it would be fixed shortly after our checkout, which didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent experience. Definitely coming back!

Great experience, the place is exactly as pictured. Had a small issue w the shower head needing to be replaced, they immediately responded and came to replace within a couple hours. The swimming pool was not usable due to not being maintained, which sounded like a normal thing w the student residents but the owner immediately put in a maintenance request and apologized. I’d absolutely stay here again, my kids and I were happy. The walk to campus is manageable for sure and this place is a special experience w the Auburn decor, ALL Auburn all the way!

One of the best decorated and comfortable rentals I’ve ever stayed in. We absolutely loved this condo. It is very clean and really close to Auburn. Emily is very prompt and helpful in her responses. A perfect place to stay if you’re doing anything at the university.

At the end of the day, I think the best indicator of the quality of a stay is whether or not I would stay there again. The answer that question is absolutely I would. That being said, I think there are some improvements that could be made to this property. I do think given how dark it is in the hallway outside of the exterior door it was difficult to see the number pad to enter the access code. Instructions about how to wake up the panel without confounding the ability to enter the code are recommended. Although it’s not technically part of the room/apartment the exterior of the apartment is absolutely filthy. The stairwell and passageways have not been swept or cleaned in months if not years I would gather. Sweeping and clearing out of all the cobwebs, etc. would not be a bad idea. Did have an issue with the plumbing when we initially checked in that was promptly resolved. Communication with property staff was timely and efficient. This apartment was really decked out in AUBURN gear and very comfortably and tastefully designed. Again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future.

This property was perfect in every way. The decor was awesome and the beds were so comfortable. Amazing value and very convenient location. I will absolutely 100% be booking again on future trips.

This place is in the perfect location close to everything but quite.... the apartment was decorated beautifully and the place was very clean and tidy.. the host was very quick to respond. The kids loved the dart board on the porch. Overall this place was perfect and a great place to stay when you are visiting Auburn
