Highly recommend it. We had last minute date adjustments and we were accommodated easily, luckily there was an opening the one day we needed it . Very friendly. Enjoyed our stay. It was clean and our host very friendly and came over to greet us and ask if there was anything we needed. For bicycle riders , the apartment is next to the Cowboy Trail. Would stay there again .

This property is absolutely outstanding. It appears to be very new, the interiors are exactly as pictured, there is a lot of space and fine amenities. The host left a large goodie basket of snacks and wine for us, a refrigerator filled with bottled water, and very good instructions and information about the property and things to do in Neligh. The garage was spacious and entry was easily accomplished using a passcode keypad. The furniture was very comfortable and well cared for, the bed linens and towels were soft and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and importantly, there were a variety of pillow types to please each persons sleeping preferences. The host was readily accessible for questions. The wifi was strong and the HVAC was responsive and very quiet. I’m not really sure how this property could be improved, it is amazing and i highly recommend it. Neligh has a number of interesting attractions, notably the Neligh Mill, and nearby Ashfall fossil bed.

Feels like a country property but easily accessible and in town. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Eat a 2 Bills in Clearwater just 10 min away. Will stay again.

Beautiful place. The amenities were amazing! Loved the extra touches including a basket of goodies. Everything from the bath towels to the shampoo was 5 star. The only thing we were missing was hand soap. I’m sure it was just an oversight. The only trouble we had was that we didn’t realize we were supposed to enter through the garage. I didn’t realize the garage was included which was our misunderstanding. Highly recommend staying here!!

Super easy and super clean! Great for out family of 4 as we visited from Oregon. Loved the snacks and kitchen. Fireflies right outside! Parking in the garage was handy. Laundry was perfect after a week of travels. Only wished we could have stayed longer. Neligh is lucky to have this! Highly recommend!

Jennifer is originally from Neligh but Dane is from Valentine NE in the Sandhills. Both own/run successful businesses here in Neligh. Jennifer has a marking flag manufacturing plant along west HWY 275 and Dane has Nielsen Insurance which services Neligh and surrounding towns as well as a couple of Sandhills communities in Valentine and Gordon NE.
