Live like Hollywood royalty in this iconic 3BR/3BA Spanish Revival estate in Sherman Oaks. Once home to a famed acting dynasty, it features a lighted tennis court with option for pickleball, heated pool, jacuzzi, and lush grounds. Celebrities have graced this property for decades—including Naomi Osaka and Farrah Fawcett. Located on Magnolia Blvd, it's your private resort-style escape with space, history, and star power.
We have a two night minimum, but will make exceptions for one night on occasion. Please send us a note with your request.
• No parties, loud gatherings or events are permitted at any time without prior approval
• No DJs, live bands, or amplified sound systems are allowed on the property
• Outdoor music must be kept at a low volume and turned off by 10:00 PM
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and Los Angeles County enforces strict noise regulations.

Pool & Jacuzzi Info
• Pool heating is available for $100/night. If you'd like it heated before your arrival, we’ll send someone from our team the morning of your check-in. It can take 5–10+ hours to fully warm, depending on weather.
• Jacuzzi heating is free and takes about 30–60 minutes.
• There is NO fence or gate around the pool or jacuzzi. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pet-friendly with prior approval and $250 pet fee per pet
Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps Up to 10 Guests

Each guest bedroom features spacious closets. Guest bathrooms include colorful Spanish tile finishes, with one offering a walk-in shower and the other a tub/shower combo.
Noise Monitoring – NoiseAware System
To protect the peaceful environment, we use NoiseAware, a privacy-safe device that monitors decibel levels only (no recording of audio or video). It alerts us if noise reaches party-level volume. Light music and casual gatherings will not trigger it.
Housekeeping & Maintenance Info
• Gardener comes every Wednesday
• Pool man comes every Friday
• Towel policy: One bath towel and one pool towel per guest provided (washer/dryer available on the 2nd floor for laundry during your stay)
Parking
• Two cars can park in the gated driveway
• 3–5 cars can park curbside (check street signs to avoid tickets)
• Garage parking is not permitted
