We forwarded your feedback to the owner and they would like to share the following: - We were pleased to hear your appreciation of our beautiful well maintained home and were very disappointed to hear of your disappointments in the property amenities and wanted to clarify a few items mentioned. - Our wonderful outdoor fireplace has been newly renovated and before your arrival, I personally did a walk-through of the property to ensure the fireplace and everything else was in working order and have since re-checked the fireplace and found it is in perfect working order - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and there is also another extra fridge placed in the garage for our guest needs to provide extra room for items during these warm days, again I have since checked and found them both in working order - The self-playing wooden piano in our barn is only for decoration purposes which is why we have not included it in our listing description and amenities, we're sorry if that caused some confusion and disappointment We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Hi Philip, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We checked all lights in the home and our maintenance team let us know that all were working properly. - In addition to the three thermostats, the home is equipped with emergency space heaters in case anything goes wrong. We wish you would have let us know about the issue you were experiencing with the heat as our staff would have been more than happy to assist with this during your stay! - The light in the BBQ area has been changed out. - We're sorry for any confusion regarding the fireplace, this repair has been delayed due to the Pandemic. - The outdoor ceiling fans are cleaned monthly and are in great working condition. - We apologize for the barn furniture that was propped up by planks. This is a temporary fix as the furniture had been broken during a previous stay. The new parts have been ordered. - The piano is an antique self-playing piano that compliments the aesthetics of the barn. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
