It was definitely priced above what I feel is reasonable however it was a central location and tidy. The AC wasn’t very efficient and the water was cold after a couple minutes for showers. I definitely think that changing a few things would help with comfort for guests but all in all we had a pleasant stay and it met our needs for our trip.

No pet smell even though pets are allowed. Nice kitchen utensils and plates. Plenty of hot water. Neighbors were quiet. I would stay again.

Nice apartment and hosts were very attentive. I would have rated it higher except for the fact that the hot tub didn't work and the pool was ice cold. We picked this listing primarily to enjoy a hot tub and pool experience for our 36th Anniversary, so that was dissapointing. That's not the hosts fault, but after talking to other residents, there is frustration in the complex over infrequent hot tub usability and the freezing water of the pool.

It served our needs for a visit with mom. Good location, close to stores, restaurants and highway. Could use more table ware (plates/bowls/glasses). Appreciate being able to bring our dog even though community does not pick up after theirs. Lots of poop-pots available. Thanks

How was great. The space was central to everything really. We were a short drive to highlands ranch and springs. Castle rock has everything you need. While we stayed it snowed and the staff t the location had everything shoveled and salted when needed. Quiet location and it has everything in the unit you need. Laundry place to prep and store food and easy clean up with dishwasher. 10/10!!

This well-appointed condo was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Castle Rock. Super clean and functional, and Alex was a fantastic communicator and great host! Highly recommend!
