We had a great stay! Property is lovely with great views of the reef. Pools is very nice but can only be used between 9-9. Host was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations!We only had a problem with finding dried blood on the sheets and floor that we needed to clean up when we arrived and some of the beach chairs were not functional. Overall great place to stay and highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. All the amenities were at your disposal. The master king bed was very comfortable. Amazing views from the balconies on all the floors. Many towels and bathroom necessities were included. We were there in off season so it was a very quiet place with limited times to eat for them to be open. We spent a good amount of time at Garrafon De Castilla Beach Club which is right in front. Never crowded. This was in an area we had never stayed before as we always went to North Beach. We very much enjoyed our stay however Isla has changed a great deal in the last 10 years. We decided not to rent a golf cart this time as it is very busy now with taxi's and motor bikes on the roads. In our area it was not too busy but closer to town very congested. We are glad we went back for one more look.

Stayed at the property for 5 days with my husband, 2 kids and my mom.The house manager Delia was very communicative and helpful with arranging transportations for us and renting a golf cart for the few days we were there.There were some issues with the shower but it was fixed quickly. The property has incredible views and is very close to Punta Sur. For family wanting peace and quiet with unbeatable ocean sceneries from the balconies, we highly recommend this place!

This is our second time back to Sotovento. Our favorite end of the island. Again, the cleanliness and layout of the 3 level penthouse is perfect for two couples. Thank you again for a wonderful memorable holiday !

Beautiful views from all three balconies. The condo was well stocked and well supplied. The only trouble we had was noise from the street late at night for my son in the second bedroom, but we did stay over the Christmas holiday and the island was quite busy with parties. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Delia the manager was very responsive and easy to reach through the app. The unit is secure and well equipped with plenty of towels and supplies. It's three levels starting on the third floor, so you'll stay in shape. The shared lap pool is very long and well maintained. From the pool and from all levels of the unit, enjoy the always beautiful view of the Caribbean and the lights of Cancun.

Wonderful stay, as usual

We choose this place time and time again as it is peaceful, clean, comfortable, well-maintained and the views are breathtaking. I also prefer the beds to any other rentals we have stayed in.

Never disappoints.

This is our second time to stay at Sotavento and it is fantastic. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The view is the best on the Island. Sunsets were amazing from any of the the balconies. This condo has alot of stairs. Not for people with mobility issues.The condo is situated on the quiet south end of the island and is very relaxing after a day in the hustle and bustle of playa norte and hidalgo street.

Wonderful Winter getaway

Wonderful location on the south part of the island. Amazing pool to swim laps every day which I very much enjoyed. Incredible view. The property manager was very helpful.

All the comforts of home. Beautiful place! You need a kart staying here so you can explore. If North beach is too busy for you, stay here! Excellent snorkling out front as well. Don't forget to visit Taqueria Mafer too ;-)

Another Great Stay in Isla

We've stayed in Sotavento before and absolutely love the property. Safe, clean and secure. Love being close to The Joint. The golf cart ride to El Centro and Playa Norte is worth the serenity of this location. We will be back again and again!

We love it at Sotovento!

This is our second time at this property and the property manager, Delia, is THE BEST to work with! She makes everything seamless. The property is in a fantastic location with stunning views and everything you need. We are already talking about coming back for our third visit to the island and staying here. Isla Mujeres is gorgeous!!!

Quiet, clean and spacious property with gorgeous views

We were surprised how large the property was. Very clean and well maintained unit. Quiet building with friendly staff. Felt very safe. Nice walking distance to restaurants, store, and fun things to do. We had a fantastic time and look forward to coming back.
