Great property, house was spacious and comfortable. Dual AC kept the whole house very comfortable. Master bedroom had an on-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The shower had a waterfall shower and jets, it was great! Overall the house was very clean and bright. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice to take a walk through. Looking forward to another visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is incredibly functional. I especially loved the kitchen, the attached outdoor patio, and the shower in the en-suite bathroom attached to the Master/Primary bedroom. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and just a short 20-30 minute drive to the strip, depending on which way you go. If you want to enjoy Vegas without being in the hustle and bustle of everything, then this is the PERFECT spot for you! Our host, Rachel was incredibly responsive and accommodating. This is a wonderful property!

Loved the villa, tucked in a clean quiet neighborhood. The host provided nearly every essential you could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked to include a few waters in the fridge. There were plenty of towels in the hallway closet, the mattress was comfy (a pet peeve of mine). Everything was perfect for a weekend getaway in Vegas. We used Uber for food since our stay was so short. They were fast, efficient and friendly. All expectations were met.

This home is spacious inside and updated with modern amenities and features as pictured. It was very clean for our stay. Host was great and prompt with communication. Only thing awkward for us is the garage appears to be used as a guesthouse and there were 3 different cars parked on the driveway during our 2 night stay. We didn't see this mentioned in the description, but it was mentioned in our instructions. Figured I would mention it here.
