Beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers
Trade the cold winter for the resort life in a 2 bedroom condo in sunny Fort Myers! Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is a guard-gated community. There is a membership transfer fee of $600 payable to the club which allows full use of the amenities during your stay. Minimum stay is 1 month, but most renters stay a few months.
We have TWO challenging 18 hole golf courses, a driving range and full service pro shop. There is a Fitness Center with a full schedule of classes, with daily water aerobics classes at the nearby clubhouse pool. The Racquet Center has 8 new Har-tru courts and 4 brand new pickleball courts. Our condo is an easy walk to the Clubhouse and all amenities. We are close to The Twins and Mets Spring Training camps!
Our unit features an updated kitchen with quartz countertops and is fully stocked with everything you might need. New luxury vinyl floor, with ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a king bed; guest room has a queen bed, perfect for a terrific getaway with friends or family. Sofa has a pull out Queen sleeper.
Relax and unwind in the cozy living space, with the convenience of first floor. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the lanai. We think you will enjoy everything our condo and Heritage Palms has to offer!
