This Townhouse is a home away from home. Found in a gated community it is fully equipped for family living. Enjoy your vacation at prices comparable to a Hotel. Near shopping and restaurants. This unit has a pack and play, an umbrella stroller, a child's feeding seat and a baby bath. Dining room table opens to seat 8 comfortably. WiFi free to our guests. All you need to pack is your clothes and a toothbrush. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and an internet cafe. The clubhouse staff is eager to assist with any needs or questions you may have.

While at the resort you can keep busy playing tennis on the lighted tennis courts or just take a nature walk. Relax at the Tiki Bar by the clubhouse pool. For the little folks there are two playgrounds. Of course you can just relax in the townhouse or at the clubhouse lounge.

Only 5 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Sea World and 25 mins from Universal, 10 minutes from the Orlando Prime Outlet Mall. This location allows you to take advantage of all that the Orlando area has to offer. The local restaurants range from 'Kid Friendly' to adult dining. Need a day off from all of the excitement? One hour away is the Beach (East coast or West coast). Only one hour on RT4 and you could be at the Hard Rock Casino (Las Vegas style gambling). Make your vacation memorable, visit, enjoy, but most of all be comfortable.

happy with the unit

we stayed for the month of January. Very happy. Planning on coming again. We had no problem with only a queen size bed, but some people will see that as a problem. Clean and the whole area was well kept.

Great stay!

The rooms were large, the kitchen and bathrooms were well accommodated, and it was right around the corner to reach the second pool and hot tub.

Emerald island resort

Comfortable property in a good location to theme parks. Only downside was closeness of the toll road however it did not take long to get used to the traffic noise.

Nice place, plenty of room to spread out, close to attractions

The condo was clean and well decorated. The main TV doesn’t have cable but we used our accounts from Prime and other services for TV. House was close to all thr major attractions, quiet neighborhood.

Great stay! Home away from home!

Plenty of towels. Property was clean and felt safe. Close to theme parks and shopping — everything a family needed while being away from home.

Great Relaxing Stay

This was a great property located in a quiet part of a beautiful development. It is awesome for parks, activities, and dining in the Orlando area because it is so central. The amenities and care of the home is obvious and we had such an amazing time. Communication was wonderful throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

The property was well taken care of. The facilities at the location, two pools, a club house and food and beverage were much appreciated. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. Excellent Pricing and would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Perfect Location for the Theme Parks

The property was very clean and in a great location for theme parks, shopping, eating out, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub was clean and close to the property which is great for walking with small children.

Great communication before visit….not so much once we were there

The host/owner was amazing with communication prior to our visit. However, we got there Sunday and A/C wasn’t working. It was 84 degrees on lower level and much hotter upstairs where bedrooms were. We went 26 hours without any A/C. Which wasn’t the host fault, however when I asked to be compensated for 1 day of rental (which I felt was appropriate) I was told they needed to speak with maintenance company. I waited a day. Asked again if they spoke with maintenance about A/C. Never got a response. The unit was extremely warm, 84 degrees in lower level. Sleeping the first night was minimal even after purchasing additional fans to attempt to cool off. I had full intentions on posting a positive review if I would have received compensation for 1 day, or even a response after asking again if they spoke with maintenance. Everything was just like photos. Place was clean. Plenty of space. The community was nice. It was conveniently located. The kitchen was stocked well enough for 3 moms and our 3 15 y/o daughters. It was just miserable for 26 hours with no A/C and the girls were playing in AAU Nationals volleyball tournament all week.

Our “Home Away From Home”

We stayed here last summer for 5 weeks and this summer almost 2 weeks, and we absolutely love it. My kids truly look at it as our 2nd home. Can’t wait to be back!

Trip to Disney

The villa is exactly as announced, near Disney parks. Communication was good, and well-equipped kitchen. I would stay again.

Overall an adequate property

Communication with owner very good. Problems we encountered were minimal. Main television only got Tubi no local or network channels Bedding is old with pilling sheets Back slider lock and blinds broken which the management company had the door lock fixed the next day. Property is very convenient to the parks and shopping. Would definitely stay again

Great place

We enjoyed the nature trail and the pools and hot tubs. All were perfect. We felt safe as it is gated and we like to walk after dark so safety is a big concern for us. Definitely would stay.again and recommend to others.

Orlando vacation

Well equipped, clean, spacious house, beautiful resort like setting, very close to Disney parks. Also reasonably priced. We would recommend to our friends to stay there.

Wonderful Christmas stay.

The property is just as described. Gate was broken off and in (not owners fault) We got locked out one day but owner was very fast to respond and got us in very fast. Nice neighborhood. Beds were only average comfort level. Owner was very responsive.

Everything perfect

We had a perfect stay. The host Mario attended to us whenever we needed with great speed and cordiality. When I arrived I had a problem with the door code, it was quickly resolved through the emergency contacts he had provided. You need to pay 20USD per vehicle you access, this is charged by the condo and not by the host. I received orders from Amazon without any problems, from what I read on the internet USPS does not deliver to the condo, but the others do. On the way out I had a problem and Mario helped me again very well. The condo is great, with swimming pools, playgrounds and a great infrastructure. The location was also good, very close to Disney. The listing photos need to be updated, the house is much better than in the photos. I recommend it to everyone!

Very quiet neighborhood Close to Disney Parks

We enjoyed our stay and how affordable and close it was to the parks. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I wasn’t crazy about the check in process and the fact that the $20 parking pass wasn’t listed. It had the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Your only allowed to throw away 2 bags of trash for the week which is impossible for our family of 5 so we had to take trash with us daily and drop it off at other places. I would stay again based off price alone.

Muy linda estadia cerca de los parques Disney

La casa es muy linda, comoda y bien equipada. Esta ubicada en un hermoso barrio y muy cerca de los parques Disney. El unico aspecto negativo fue un pequenio inconveniente con el codigo para ingresar a la propiedad, pero fue solucionado a traves del servicio de asistencia de vrbo.
