Minutes to Disney-Emerald Island Resort-Special 650/week

This Townhouse is a home away from home. Found in a gated community it is fully equipped for family living. Enjoy your vacation at prices comparable to a Hotel. Near shopping and restaurants. This unit has a pack and play, an umbrella stroller, a child's feeding seat and a baby bath. Dining room table opens to seat 8 comfortably. WiFi free to our guests. All you need to pack is your clothes and a toothbrush. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and an internet cafe. The clubhouse staff is eager to assist with any needs or questions you may have.

While at the resort you can keep busy playing tennis on the lighted tennis courts or just take a nature walk. Relax at the Tiki Bar by the clubhouse pool. For the little folks there are two playgrounds. Of course you can just relax in the townhouse or at the clubhouse lounge.

Only 5 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Sea World and 25 mins from Universal, 10 minutes from the Orlando Prime Outlet Mall. This location allows you to take advantage of all that the Orlando area has to offer. The local restaurants range from 'Kid Friendly' to adult dining. Need a day off from all of the excitement? One hour away is the Beach (East coast or West coast). Only one hour on RT4 and you could be at the Hard Rock Casino (Las Vegas style gambling). Make your vacation memorable, visit, enjoy, but most of all be comfortable.

Great place to stay. The beds are stiff but very clean and nice. We stayed here and had great access to Disney and other shopping. Its location is perfect.

We recently stayed here for 17 nights. Location wise, it was perfect, 10-18 minutes from the Disney parks depending on which one you were travelling too. There is a small pool about 2 minutes away on foot which was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked but a bit outdated and janky at times however we managed to use everything fine. The hoover and other cleaning items could do with a refresh and the house overall a bit of a deep clean. The backdoor closed with a wooden batten too. Communication couldn't be faulted, any questions we had, Mario came straight back to us and let us have a later check out on our final day which was greatly appreciated.Overall, we had a good experience and being that close to the Disney parks made it even better!

Great stay!

The rooms were large, the kitchen and bathrooms were well accommodated, and it was right around the corner to reach the second pool and hot tub.

Location is great. The host was very helpful with an issue with the television in getting it corrected. The bed was only queen size and a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were very adequate. Will be back again.

Very close to all of the Disney Parks. We did not get to enjoy the amenities, but the pool looked clean and the gym had about 15 pieces to choose from for workouts. The homes were clean and very spacious, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Perfect Location for the Theme Parks

The property was very clean and in a great location for theme parks, shopping, eating out, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub was clean and close to the property which is great for walking with small children.

We enjoyed our stay. Townhouse was clean. Beds were comfortable. Close to Disney :) Only suggestion is to also provide pool/beach towels. They take up a lot of space in luggage when flying. We look forward to staying here again.

It was clean, host responded quickly when needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds weren't super comfortable but they were fine. Didn't love that the temperature had to be set to 74, as it's not cool enough for me.

The Wi-Fi outage was out of our control due to Hurricane Debby passing through. As soon as we were made aware, we contacted the service provider and they arranged repairs at their earliest convenience as there were many areas without Wi-Fi and power. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Second time staying here! Really close to all things Disney! Walmart nearby. Loved the pools. Nice little community to walk around in. Quick response from owner when sending questions or concerns we had. Would stay again

Very clean and comfortable. A little dated, and some items need upkeep, but so convenient to the Disney parks plus shopping and restaurants in the area. Good for groups of 2-4 adults plus smaller kids. Did not get to check out the various amenities on property, but they looked nice. Best thing is this area is VERY secure. Note you will have to pay 21.50 for a resort pass when you check in, but this villa is behind two security gates, so we felt our belongings were very safe while we were gone.

Perfect stay, perfect location

This was just what we needed for our Disney vacation. We were close enough to the parks and did not have to deal with too much traffic. The home was clean and the perfect place for our family. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The property was well taken care of. The facilities at the location, two pools, a club house and food and beverage were much appreciated. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. Excellent Pricing and would definitely stay there again if in the area!

The house is great, a nice location, nearby a swimmingpool,tenniscourt and midgetgolf. Disneyworld is really close by. We had an amazing time, we didn't want to leave this house.

Emerald island resort

Comfortable property in a good location to theme parks. Only downside was closeness of the toll road however it did not take long to get used to the traffic noise.
