The house was amazing and so much fun! Our 13 year old loved the scooters and rode them around town for the majority of the day and then played the games all night! The backyard was great to hang out in! Thank you so much! We will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The fun factor is the best I've seen yet, fun arcade games, puzzles, ping pong, etc. Plus a great backyard for outdoor lounging.

We had a few issues, but Kevin was wonderful and came right away to get them fixed! Very cute place to stay. Especially with kids. Thank you for everything Kevin. We hope you have a great trip to Nicaragua!

Overpriced. Pretty clean. NOT IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. Close to downtown restaurants. This is a place for a gaggle of guys on a hunting or fishing trip. TWO, what appeared to be, methheads came to the door seeking SOMETHING. Neighborhood is run down even though the inside of the property is adequate. In my opinion, WAY OVERPRICED. Wouldn't stay there again. Landlord did quickly fix an internet issue and it stayed fixed. Paris has a lack of street signs and TOO MANY ONE WAY STREETS. GPS was confused. We were there for a wedding and the location has neighbor dogs in a cages that bark A LOT and it's a difficult place to back out of the driveway due to being a two way major through-way.

Gamer's Nest is a great property! All of the rooms were large, spacious, and comfortably equipped. Sometimes with a listing it looks larger than it is, but this place is the real deal. You have room to turn around! There are two rooms with a king size bed, and each has a walk in closet. The first king bed room one has an ensuite bathroom. There is another room with a bunk bed with two queen mattresses, and a second bathroom. Bathrooms were both nice sized, and each had a walk in shower. Suggest bringing a night-light for each, they are very dark otherwise at night with all the lights off. We used the far back bedroom and found the mattress and sheets and pillows to be very comfortable. We were able to do some light cooking, something we always appreciate being able to do in a VRBO. The window coverings were great, could adjust to be open or closed very easily. The front room is very comfortable and attractive. Oh, great to have the bottled water! Because the tap water is not terrible but the bottled tasted better to me. We didn't use the back yard - it was too hot this past weekend - but it looked to be well equipped and would be great fun for some kids to run around in. Overall, we had a terrific stay at the Gamer's Nest, and would be pleased to return. Thank you to the hosts!
