Ken was an excellent host for this property. Always making sure you have everything you need during your stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing in the evening and a great way to cool down during the summer heat. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very family friendly property with a lot of space for all of us to spread out. The pool and the air hockey table were big hits with the kids. The owner is very gracious and super responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Ken was very accommodating to us during our stay. The house was spacious and everything we needed.Extremely well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this rental if you are doing anything east-central to central Florida with your family or a two family vacay.

Great stay from start to finish! The home was very clean, check-in was simple, and the location was easy to get to. The host communicated clearly and quickly, which made the whole process stress-free. Everyone in our group was pleased with the stay. Highly recommend!

Ken was awesome! I dont know if I've encountered a better host. The property was perfect for the 6 of us and our 2 small dogs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to all have our own space. The outside just added to our experience. The grill made for a perfect BBQ experience and since Florida's weather was unpredictable we even got to use the fire pit. We are already talking about our next trip!

The host was very accomidating and let us chrck in early, which was very nice and made our vacation that much more comfortable. The house was very clean and had so many amenities that werent even mentioned in the listing. There was a kennel and dog bowls for your dog if needed (we didnt need it but it was a nice touch) there was highchairs and strollers, pool toys and lots of seating both inside and out. The fenced in backyard was nice for privacy my family stayed two days and we would absolutely stay here again.

Turn off and stay at this property. We plan to return when we are back in the area. The host was awesome to my service Dog. Even supplying pet treats. All the rooms were immaculate, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The pool was immaculate and the grill was freshly topped off with gas. my youngest son stuffed animal got left in the bedding when we strip the beds.. Host voluntarily put it in the mail and overnighted it to us. We were shocked! Who does this? We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had an exceptional stay at this property and would highly recommend it, especially for large families or group gatherings. The home is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with individual beds, while also offering additional sleeping options if needed. It made coordinating a family reunion seamless and enjoyable for everyone.Kenneth, the owner, is truly dedicated to both his property and his guests. His passion is evident in the care and attention given to every detail, and he goes above and beyond to ensure a positive and memorable experience.The location is another standout feature. Situated in the heart of Melbourne, the property is conveniently close to a variety of excellent dining options, including Chez Quan’s, Mustard’s Last Stand, and Indian River Coffee. Grocery shopping is incredibly easy with Walmart, Aldi, and Publix nearby, and we found delivery services from Walmart and Sam’s Club to be both prompt and accurate.Beyond the beautiful pool—which our family thoroughly enjoyed—there are several nearby entertainment options for when you want a change of pace. Galaxy Skateway, a local bowling alley, and the Oaks movie theater are all within close proximity.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Our family created wonderful memories here, and we look forward to returning again in the near future.

The host is fantastic. Great communication, and easy check-in and check-out process. The interior decor is lovely. Extremely well done and nicely arranged. Great for large groups and dog friendly. Bathrooms are clean and stacked with lots of towels. Kitchen has all the appliances, dinnerware, and such needed for meal prep. Pool is well maintained. We’d gladly return.

100% amazing!!! I have rented other properties through VRBO and have not had much contact with the owners, but this owner was very responsive. The property was very nice and welcoming. When we arrived there was water in the fridge and a desert for us to enjoy. Any time I messaged the owner, I received an immediate response. He was very nice and accommodating. The ice maker wasn't working for some reason and he dropped off bags of ice to us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and he even made sure the grill had a full tank and wood for the fire pit. The pool was the perfect size for my 2 kids to enjoy. Loved being able to layout and relax on the artificial grass area. There were plenty of seating areas to enjoy the outside and the screened in porch was nice to enjoy. My son loved playing air hockey. The owner had a full size washer set with complimentary laundry soap. The bedrooms were a nice size.The beach, a 12 minute drive down the street, was easy to find and there was free parking. Restaurants / shopping were close by.Only recommendations I would have would be to put over the door hangers over the back bedroom door and small bathroom to hang clothes on to get ready, a clothes hanging rack for the back bedroom since there is only a dresser, and additional tvs in the bedrooms since there is only one large TV in the living room. The kids would have enjoyed watching tv in their rooms, plus my mom would have enjoyed laying in bed watching TV before bed.
