Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.

A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.

Additional rules:

NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
GARAGE DOORS: Please keep garage doors always closed.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
PETS: We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay) Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
Please be mindful of the electricity.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.

Starter Kit Provided Only:
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of basic essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional items as the starter kit will not be replenished during your stay.

Towels & Linens:
We provide a limited number of bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens at the start of your stay.

Please be aware: Extra towels are not provided, and we do not offer mid-stay towel or linen refresh services. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are encouraged to use the in-home washer and dryer.
