We loved our stay here! The location was great – very quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of room to fit our whole family of 9. We'd definitely stay here again!

We visited the area for a family vacation and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood this property had to offer! There was something for everyone to do between the pool and inside pool/foosball table. Host was very responsive and made our entire experience seamless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely home which was perfect for our family. Pool had a safety net surrounding it which allowed the 1 year old freedom to explore while we chatted outside. The host was very prompt to respond to any issue that came up. We would definitely return to this home for future visits to the area.

House was spacious and clean. Perfect for a family gathering. We especially enjoyed the pool and pool table. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The property itself was comfortable and conveniently located, but communication and privacy were disappointing. During our stay, several people showed up for pest control and landscaping without any advance notice. We were simply relaxing in the house when workers appeared on the property. No one knocked or let us know beforehand. We were later told this is “how it’s done in Tampa,” but as paying guests, we did not appreciate unexpected people coming onto the property. A simple message in advance would have been appropriate.There were also several maintenance issues. Multiple light bulbs were out, and the master bedroom closet door was already off and lying on the floor when we arrived. We immediately reported it. The host offered to send someone to address the issues, but after already having so many unexpected visitors, we declined because we did not want more disruptions. We were also told there was a switch/outlet to turn off the pool light, but it did not work.Overall, the house was convenient and our stay was okay, but the lack of communication, privacy, and maintenance issues significantly affected our experience.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful, an ideal rental. The host was amazing, they were kind, and fast with all their responses to any questions we had about our stay. We did have an issue with something (of no fault of the host or us, just a fluke) and they immediately sent someone out to fix it, that process couldn’t have been easier. The location of this rental can not be beat. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived, both the check in and check out instructions were clear and easy, and fair. My 6 kids were entertained and happy the entire vacation (even when the weather was stormy) with everything this house has to offer. And one of the most important things for me was that this rental was accessible for my grandfather who uses a cane to get around comfortably. I would 100% book this rental again, and would comfortably and confidently recommend it to others.

Our family of four recently spent a wonderful week at this property, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions, restaurants, and activities we wanted to enjoy while still providing a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to each day.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire rental process was smooth from start to finish.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida and would gladly book here again in the future. Thank you for helping make our family vacation such a memorable one!
