This was a cozy, roomy home. About 30minutes from Quinn’s hot springs which was great. Nearby there was a store for groceries. The house even had a pizza slicer for our frozen pizza. The beds were very comfortable. We had a good time.

Chris was very nice and welcoming. The place has a lot to offer and it's clean.. The location close to everything. Definitely a place we would rent again!

We didn’t have a lot of time to spend at the facility, but the time we were there was very comfortable and everything we had hoped for. We had the opportunity to meet the owners at the event we went to, and they were very welcoming and willing to meet any needs, we may have had. We were extremely happy with our stay and will very probably look them up again the next time we come to town.

The home was charming and welcoming. Bed was fantastic. I really loved the peaceful location and backyard view. Easy access and very accomadating. Thank you Chris for sharing your home and for excellent communication

The place was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was relatively well equipped. The fridge water and ice dispenser did not work but the host did have a nice water filtering system on the counter for our use. The water there was pretty smelly (sulfury). I guess i should have thought that may be the case as the name of the town is hot springs but for some reason it did not occur to me that the water in the house would smell like the hot springs. So the filter was necessary for drinking any water or doing any cooking. We stayed for a week and because the host had a washer and dryer, I figured it would be safe to pack 5 days worth of clothes and run a load of wash around day 3 or 4. The washer did not work. I messaged the host who offered to refund me for the cost of doing my laundry at the laundromat down the street. We were so busy though and who wants to go to the laundromat on vacation? I had planned on just using the washer dryer at the house during downtime. In the end, prior to the host's offer, we made the hour treck to wal-mart to get a couple more days worth of clothes. Kinda unideal, really. But the host did give me that option (a little late, But he did offer).The bed was comfortable though and so were the couches.

I’m sorry that the wash machine wasn’t working. It is getting fixed. We sure wish we could take care of the sulfur smell. I like to remind myself of the healing water that it is. If I can reduce that smell when hot water is used, I sure will.

My family and i had a really good time. The house is a great location for the local hotsprings. My only compaint was that the bathroom door would not close properly when in use and the smell of the water(which im sure cannot be helped).

This IS a charming home. Centrally located a few blocks off the main street in town on a block of well-kept homes with a rushing creek adjacent to the property, enhancing the ambience. This is a livable home, fully equipped for meal prep. It was really nice to be able to bring our own ingredients and cook rather than relying on local bars for food. The furnishings and decor are cozy and comfortable, and everything is in fantastic condition. We brought a DVD player and movies, and enjoyed a movie on the huge TV. The home is pet-friendly but there is a limit of one 50-lb pet. About half of the home is carpeted, but there is an enclosed porch where boots can be left and paws can be cleaned before entering to keep carpets clean and dry. The host is very responsive and communication was timely once I found his mobile number. We were so glad we booked this sweet little place and would have stayed longer if we were able. Definitely will rebook and recommend. 5/5

I dont know if he double booked us and the deer living 20 feet off that back sun porch. Its bed was in the garden. Scared me jumping up while I was sipping morning coffee. His stay seems longer than ours. I didn't need to cook since the event was fully catered that brought me there but the real home kitchen looks fun to cook in. Extra towels extra bedding. Real nice beds. Its either my wife or I who sleeps good in other beds.never the both us us. This bed did well for us or maybe it was the huge mineral spring bath tub. Its got to be the same potency as the symmes hot spring resort because that Sulphur mineral smell is the same. That's a cheap price to pay for great feeling water and its not so public as the bath house feeling of the resort. Im booking for next year at the same residence. Comfy couches and nice eclectic furniture. Rent here for 2/3 the price as those resort tiny house cabins. Still go to the resort for a 10 buck day pass to sit in the pool and still enjoy the shop food and fun but go to a private tub at night!
