Play cornhole on the back lawn or just relax on the bed swing on the screened in back porch while watching your favorite game on the big screen TV. The Champion is the perfect retreat when attending football games and other special events while visiting the beautiful city of Oxford.

I was born in Jackson MS and moved to Louisiana where I grew up until finished high school. I attended Ole Miss as a freshman in 1970, the year Archie Manning played his senior year of football. My primary residence is Inlet Beach, FL. Over the years I have returned to Oxford for football games and other events.
I retired in 2022, and with more free time available I decided to purchase a second home in Oxford so to enjoy more sports events and the many other activities the charming town and community have to offer. My interests include playing guitar, songwriting, fly-fishing, golf and tennis, among others.

800 Park condominiums was my first choice for a second home in Oxford. The location is great, less than a mile to the Ole Miss campus and only a short distance to the iconic Oxford Square. The condo is directly adjacent to Patsy Lamar Park, Oxford's largest public park with miles of walking paths and beautiful scenery including a large lake and other enjoyable features. If you're a golfer, the Ole Miss Golf Course is approximately two miles away. The M-Trade center is approximately three miles from 800 Park as well.

800 Park condominiums have a Lost Pizza restaurant on site that has a rooftop bar offering specialty pizzas and Italian cuisine. There's also a wine and spirits store on site. Full breakfasts and lunches are available at the cafe directly across the street. There's also an organic health food restaurant across the street from the condo as well as a gas station and convenience store.
