Ski-In Ski-Out Luxe Mountain Retreat 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo at Torian Plum

Relax & enjoy the mountain views with the gondola and skiers zipping by from your dream condo, slope side at the Torian Plum. The location cannot be beat! Prime ski-in/ski-out location just steps away from Christie Lift, Wild Blue Gondola, Steamboat Ski School, and the new Steamboat Square. Walk to restaurants: Cafe Diva, Los Locos, Slopeside Grill, Talay Thai, Timber & Torch, Truffle Pig and more. This two bedroom condo sleeps up to 7, and has all of the comforts of your own home.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo (1,249 sq.ft.) has a large living room with a linear gas fireplace, and access out to the balcony with views of the Wild Blue and Steamboat Gondolas, skiers and snowboarders zipping by. The open concept living room opens to the dining room which seats 6 at the table, and there is large eat-in kitchen with seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen is well stocked with all cookware and it has new appliances. We offer Nespresso coffee, but we also have a tea kettle and a drip coffee maker for your use.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a Tempurpedic ProAdapt Medium king bed with a private en suite bathroom, with blackout shades. This room has a reading chair and a full closet.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. This spacious room has blackout shades, a closet, and a bench, and it comfortably sleeps a couple, or 1-3 children. We can also offer a Pack and Play if you have a younger baby, please just ask!

In the living room, there is a 3rd sleeping space which is a queen pull out couch. We can provide linens for this bed if you have more than 4 guests staying in the unit. This bed comfortably sleeps a couple, or 2 children. The living room has light filtering shades.

Bathrooms:

The master bedroom has a renovated, en suite bathroom, with a walk-in euro glass shower, and a marble sink vanity. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.

There is a renovated hall bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, which is stocked with adult and kids bath amenities as well.

Other Amenities:

This is a family friendly condo! As a parent myself, I have ensured this is a comfortable place to stay with your kids. We offer a pack and play with waterproof and regular sheets, a Keekaroo changing pad, a high chair, kids toys, games, books, kids' bath amenities including bubble bath, shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, body lotion, eczema lotion, kid's bath mat and kid's bath toys. We offer kid's plates and cups as well.

A stackable washer/dryer is in the condo as well, perfect for long stays or for families.

Ski locker is located right outside your door, and it's is perfect to store your gear after a great day on the slopes.

Guests enjoy an open-all-year-round outdoor heated pool at the Torian Plum, as well as four outdoor hot tubs, and two fitness rooms. including on-demand Peloton brand equipment, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities (shuttle is winter only). Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

We charge $75 per person (per night) for the 5th, 6th and 7th guest. This covers the cost of all additional bed and bath linens, coffee, etc.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.

No pets are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

This rental is located on floor 6, and there are elevators from the underground parking garage up to the unit to access it.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, no reserved spaces. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home (master bedroom).
