Rental Agreement

All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement before check-in. By booking, you agree to:

Failure to follow these requirements may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Repeated violations may involve local law enforcement, and any removal-related costs will be charged to the guest.



Pet Policy (Where Allowed)

Pets are welcome depending on size and type, or if they are certified service animals. You must inform us in advance to avoid cancellation.



Additional Cleaning Fee (per pet):



1–7 nights: $25/night



8–29 nights: $200 flat fee



30+ nights: $300 flat fee



Restrictions:



Maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats only)



No weight limit, but the following breeds are not allowed: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid



Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee



Pet Information Required Before Check-In: Name, Breed, Color, Photo, Rabies vaccination proof, and (for service animals) certification of the nature of service.



Security & Noise

Noise Monitors: Installed in units (measure decibels only; no recording). Tampering will result in a fee.



Security Cameras: Located in hallways for safety.
