Thank you Mrs Anissa, we do the best for your stay we hope you come back again .

Thank you Mrs Kelle. Just to let you know, sometimes our guests mention concerns regarding the heater, so we usually prefer to leave it turned off. so people can adjust it as they need it to. Thank you very much for staying with us. We hope you enjoyed your visit overall. and we appreciate your understanding regarding the A/C issues.

Hi Mrs. Rochelle, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but everything was clearly outlined in the listing and house rules. A video was sent to you showing one of the violations. The charge was issued due to multiple rule violations, including bringing a dog onto the property and hosting around 30 people when only 8 guests were reported. Despite that, we decided to kindly remove the charge for you. It appears the listing description and house rules may not have been fully reviewed. The following violations were reported: A dog was brought to the property (pets require an additional fee) A gathering of about 30 people, though only 8 were listed on the reservation Smoking inside the house, which is strictly prohibited Additionally, regarding the insect issue, as mentioned in the description, our pest control service is scheduled once a month. We would not recommend this guest due to violate rules

Montayviua a great! We'd love to host again anytime. I would be happy to rent to them again in the future.
