The house was in a great location close to UCLA, in a quiet neighborhood. The host was way to communicate with, and arrival was simple. I would definitely stay again.

Second time there and was as positive ab experience as the first time. Irene is a great host. Location is great. Very clean and everything works well. Beds are comfortable. No complaints

House was spotless. Host was very responsive and went out of her way to buy a recliner for the house for my husband to use post back surgery. The parking was very convenient right up to the front door. The layout of the house worked perfect for us. The walk in shower was helpful showering post op. We loved the bible verses on the wall and outdoor space in the backyard. We also walked the sidewalk and felt comfortable with kind neighbors and a good area. Very close to grocery and convenient store. Host made our whole stay extra ordinary. Will def stay again if were ever in the area again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while one of my kids attend a UCLA high school intensive. This house was great for our family of 4 and the location was super convenient. It took 15-20 mins to drive to UCLA in the mornings and was a shorter drive at night. Trader Joe's was one block away. We cooked a lot of our dinners in the kitchen. My wife and I sat in the back yard at night with some wine while the kids watched tv. My wife likes to walk and felt safe walking the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. I worked from vrbo-home a lot of our stay and the wifi was great. The AC worked great. My wife and younger child explored a lot of LA. Disneyland was a 40 min drive. Universal was 30 mins. We all loved The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and La Brea Tar Pits and Getty museum which were all about 15 mins away. Tons of great restaurants, cat cafes and beaches nearby. We explored Santa Monica and Venice Beach. I ubered to Long Beach and took a ferry to Catalina Island to scuba dive. The location was excellent. The house is located close to the freeway but there was no noticeable freeway noise. The host was quick to respond to the few questions I had and offered great suggestions. It was an overall great stay!
