Come for the hospitality and stay for the view! Located just inside the city limits of Asotin, Washington. You will be less than 20 minutes away from anywhere in the Valley that you’d want to go! Expansive parking, so bring your friends, boat, ATV or RV.

Situated on a generous lot with open pasture on two sides and unobstructed views from the front, this property offers a sense of privacy and natural beauty. Enjoy direct access to the scenic bike and walking path just steps from the front door. Inside, the home features luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a spacious living room with two fold-down couches to accommodate extra guests.

*Willing to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out upon request.

*Pets welcome with an accompanying fee of $75. Additional fees will be requested for damage or cleaning that goes above and beyond what is expected after a standard stay.

Very clean and comfortable. There is a walking path along the river directly across the street. Make note of the checkout time if you are late, you will get hit with a 2.00 per minute charge if your late checkout is not approved ahead of time. The house sits on a very busy road which you would need to consider if traveling with children.

We’re glad you found the home clean, comfortable, and that you enjoyed the walking path along the river. It is very convenient to have it right across the street! We do want to clarify the late‑checkout policy you mentioned. The $2‑per‑minute fee is in place because of past situations where guests significantly delayed our cleaning team, which impacts same‑day turnovers. We’re always more than happy to approve a late checkout when arranged ahead of time so we can schedule our cleaning team accordingly. We have many guests take advantage of that flexibility without any fee at all 😊

Great little cottage, well stocked, comfortable accommodations! Extras: From the welcome treats and coffees to the charming goats roaming the hillside next door- we enjoyed it all!

Wonderful stay!! Everything you could possibly need and even extras. Love the gophers out back running around. Daughter lives in Lewiston so we will be back, again and again. Why stay any where else!!

I highly recommend! Pretty view, great amount of parking, cute little fishing themed house, clean, comfortable bed, and hosts are very responsive. I will be staying here again no doubt! I had a wonderful stay!

The house itself is very cute and functional. We love the river views and easy access. It is located a little out of town which provides some privacy but you are still 10 minutes from everything the surrounding cities offer. The house is spotless and the host has gone over and beyond what we expected. She left a personal note to wish us a nice stay, provided lots of hospitality items and is great about communication. We could not be happier with our stay!

The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes to cook our own meals. The river view is lovely and the trail has a nice trail we used for our daily run. The neighboring field was a bonus with cute goats and geese to watch. The house is not too far from Lewiston and there is plenty of parking.Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculately clean, charmingly decorated. Beds soooo comfy. Kitchen very well stocked. Lots of little special things. Pets very welcome. Awesome yard for them to run around and a nice walking trail just across the street. Lovely view. Can’t say enough about how wonderful it was.

My son and one of my grandsons came up to fish and the location was perform access to the boat launch as well as town. The little place was clean and well stocked for our three night stay. We will be back.

The place was super clean. The kitchen amenities were nice to have. A dishwasher, garbage disposer, full size refrigerator, nice stove and a real coffee maker.The Smart TV was a bonus to access Netflix too.

Weve stayed at alot of places. This is comfy and cozy and very clean. Great views, and good location. The host ia a 15 out of 10! Never will you gind a more all around accommodating and responsive host. We will definitely be back. We left the place in a condition almost ready to rent again and are always happy to do so. For ppl reading this, efforts to be a good guest keep places like this alive as well. Leave places how you would want your place left. Overall it was a great experience.
