The host did not lie, everything was as perfect as the described. Clean, well stocked, access, parking and spaciousness were all perfect. The house is a new build in an older neighborhood that is going through re-vitalization, but safe. Access to freeway was great and you do not even hear the freeway from inside of the house. We had 2 other couples with us and they were all very impressed.

We chose this property based on the close proximity to downtown Ft. Worth and the affordable price compared to the 2 hotel rooms we would’ve paid for downtown. The house inside is wonderfully furnished and clean. Comfortable, Hilton-quality mattresses. Plenty of kitchen utensils, coffee, towels, great pillows, and comfortable seating. The owner even offers a welcome package with a tray full of goodies and snacks. The owner is also very quick to respond with any issues. We had difficulty opening the driveway gate because it had been damaged, perhaps by a previous guest, and he immediately sent someone over to help us out. They had to use bolt cutters to get the chain separated from the gate. But they solved the problem within 1 hour of our arrival while we got settled in. I also messaged the owner about a homeless person snooping around the vacant lot next door and he was very quick to reply. My daughter thinks the homeless person was rummaging through our trash bin. Perhaps a chirping security camera on that side of the house would be a good deterrant. I loved being able to park in the garage. However, it was a very tight squeeze with our Lincoln Navigator. But I took it slow and made it fit. I had to stop, back up a few feet, then carefully pull forward when making the turn into the garage. If you’re in a long-bed pickup, I don’t think you will make it into the garage, but you could fold the mirrors in, pull through the gate, and park in the driveway outside kf the garage.

The house was great. Exactly as presented. Very comfortable-everything we needed. The only negative is the super narrow driveway. Barely could get a Highlander into and out of the garage. Finally just parked on drive. Street parking for trucks only and neighborhood makes you think twice. That said we had NO problems what so ever .
