House Rules & Other Considerations – Respect the Vibe

While we want you to have fun, we ask guests to respect the home and neighbors.

FYI:

No large parties or events

One doorbell camera for safety (no other surveillance)

Street parking only (easy, but limited during busy weekends)

House sits in a lively area, weekends can be noisy on Brady St.

Pets welcome with an additional fee

You’ll be right in the mix, but still have your own slice of privacy to retreat to when the night winds down.

Additional Note:

There is a back house on this lot that we also rent out on Airbnb. It's a smaller home for smaller groups. When guests are there, the backyard space is shared between them and you.
