New flooring Nov. 2025!!! Get ready to relax in this marvelous 7-bedroom, and a loft, house in beautiful Arkansas, on Greers Ferry Lake. This lake front phenomenal property boasts a wall of windows looking out onto the lake, breathtaking in every season. Come relax in the 1 king bed, 5 queen beds, 1 crib, 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities, a hair dryer and bathtub, your convenience is our priority. The Childrens playhouse and gazebo are connected to the massive deck. In the last 18 months we have new roofs, stove, dryer, microwave, HVAC and new floor throughout. Come enjoy our new upgrades! Make your holiday one for the books in our favorite place on earth!

It was a last minute stay after our original booking was canceled. We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 20. The view was beautiful and the host was very accommodating.

This was the cleanest and nicest our home has ever been left! They are VERY welcome to come back. My appreciation for their care in following house rules and the condition the house was left in makes my recommendation for them as guest a 5 star for sure!!

This location was amazing! To go swimming you donhave to go down a fairly steep hill and the path into the lake was a little slippery but there was a mat we were able to use that made getting in the lake easier. This is the first vacation house I've stayed at that had PLENTY of towels!

Very peaceful. We loved the massive deck and screened in gazebo as we hung out, interacted and enjoyed the views. Lots of rooms for our large group to spread out and a living room larger enough for all of us to gather in.

We enjoyed our annual family reunion at Greer’s ferry Lake. This property has 1 million View! And Lots of beds!Hostess was very prompt with anything we needed.An extra bonus was the grandkids were able to access the lake from a lovely rocky shore. They felt like big kids having their own digs separate from the adults. Worked out really well for us.Thanks Shelia!

Arkansas native that loves the lake! My parents bought the house when I was pregnant t with my second child who is now 30 and has one of my 3 grandchildren. My dad is a contractor, he remodeled the house, built the gazebo when his granddaughters were little and the garage and apartment “Cousin House” when they got big enough to need their own space.
We vacation there as a family multiple times a year. All 21 and soon to be 23 stay for long weekends. Our memories are our treasures. Two years ago we decided to start letting others enjoy our favorite place on earth when we weren’t using it. It has been so fun to have families come and make memories like my children have here. We have been overwhelmed with amazing guests! They have treated the house like it was their families treasure, we have been so thankful! Please come and bring your favorites and enjoy the fun and peacefulness that comes over you as you get out of the car!! ❤️

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The direct easy access to the lake (just a walk done the stairs off the deck) and the view! From the deck you look across the water and have Mountain View’s too. If you are lucky, you will see the eagles fishing in front of the deck. The gazebo is screened and even screened under the deck to keep the bugs out! The house is on a quiet street with only a couple of neighbors. Our neighbor on the left is the last house on the street and we’re our neighbors in Little Rock when I was growing up. Walmart and restaurants are 10 minutes away. The marina is 3 miles away if you want to rent a boat. It’s quiet and peaceful, we love it!

Lakefront and its size make it unique. My dad built it so that all of our family had a place to sleep whenever we are together. The house sleeps 23 IN BEDS, no sofa beds. We have new: roofs, AC, electrical panel, stove, microwave and dryer. We have installed new flooring in November of 2025, all big steps in updating the house we love.
