We enjoyed our stay here. The place is small but nice and cosy, suitable for a single or couple. Room was clean, bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the area was quiet and relaxing.The one drawback was the wifi was unusable. It either wouldn't connect at all or would drop out every few seconds. Not sure if it was a temporary thing or only effecting our unit.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This property is very dated! It is not a lodge. It is a motel right off the highway. The inside of the kitchenette was upgraded and clean. There is no management on site. I had to call to get the code to check in. That may have been VRBO’s fault. There was a wedding party staying at the motel. My one night stay was not the peaceful experience I had hoped to have. Loud gatherings until late, kids running around unattended, doors slamming, people trying to get into my room (the locks work). Old, outdated, small town motel at mountain lodge pricing.
