The house was clean and modern with ample space for our group. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Overall great place to stay while in Columbus area. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much - host was great, house was spacious and comfortable, we even enjoyed a meal outside on the patio one evening. As others mentioned the neighborhood and surrounding property is run down and a little sketchy but the house and our stay was very nice. Would stay again.

We had a small girls weekend and found the house to be perfect for us. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and comfortable.

This stay was complicated because we arrived a few hours after a tornado so needless to say there was no power anywhere. But when we arrived the host was there hooking up a generated so we had power! The power stayed out for 2 nights but the host got a 2 phase generator and we had AC and hot water. They also refunded our full amount for the 2 nights we were out of power. The place was immaculate and the host was very nice and generous and very easy to communicate with!!

It was clean. The house was very nice. I like having the washer and dryer. This house was the nicest in the neighborhood. It kinda doesn’t fit in the neighborhood. It appeared to be a very poor neighborhood. Definitely did not feel comfortable stopping at any convenience stores in the area. We stayed during the week and it was quiet. The fence was nice, the covered sitting area outside was a plus and parking was good. Had a problem with the freezer drawer and the host was there quickly to fix it. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking pans. Overall the house was great but probably wouldn’t stay again because of the neighborhood.

The area is sketchy. But the house was very nice. We would definitely stay again. Recommendations would be need some cooking sheets and a rug when you walk in . The floor is marble so its slippery. The table and chairs would be better if the legs had some foot coverings. The scrape on floor. They did a nice job on remodel and beds were comfy. Definitely would recommend. The host was quick on response.

The house was what I would guess is a pretty recent flip. Updated everything inside and was in good condition. The neighborhood is not the most desirable, but it suited what we were there for. It was 3 friends of 30 plus years getting together from different areas to come hangout watch football and go to the Ohio State Game. The owner was good at communicating, especially when we had an issue trying to get YouTube tv to download on the firestick due to a passcode necessity. His son came within a half hour and was able to rectify the issue. Have no issues with anything about the prooerty, but is in a slightly less than desirable part of Columbus. That being said I would stay there again if I am in the area again.

Overall the place was nice, and communication with the host was good. No real issues with staying there. The neighborhood was a big rough looking, and there were a lot of bugs that kept getting into the house despite the windows and doors being closed. This included a roach that we found in the ground floor bedroom and some silverfish in the upstairs bathroom. A fair place to stay but not sure if we will stay there again next year.
