Excellent stay our football weekend. The host is beyond hospitable. Could ask for a better host. Neighborhood vibe was a nice change from a hotel stay.

Overall, the space was clean, comfortable, and accurately represented in the listing. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The host was very communicative and attentive throughout the process. We did find the communication a bit more frequent than necessary, particularly with some information being reiterated, but we appreciated the effort to make sure everything was clear. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location for my needs. Off street parking was appreciated. Thank you for the coffee and muffins! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. The only suggestions I would make is that Wi-Fi access for the TV would have been nice to have so I could have logged into my streaming services but it’s not a big deal. I appreciated you checking in to make sure I was comfortable.

The home is very cute, clean, and welcoming, and the neighborhood is lovely, quiet, tree-lined, and felt very safe. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores nearby. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome snacks, the reliable Wi-Fi (which wasn't listed as an amenity), and the host's thank-you message after checkout.Communication from the host was much more frequent than we've experienced with other vacation rentals. We received repeated reminders about the thermostat and requests to raise the A/C whenever we left the house. While we understand wanting guests to care for the property, the constant communication made it difficult to fully relax during our stay. The extreme heat also made it difficult for the air conditioning to keep the home comfortably cool during the hottest parts of the day.Guests with larger vehicles should know the streets are narrow, with parking on both sides and ongoing road construction making maneuvering more difficult.Overall, the home itself is charming, clean, and well cared for. With a less frequent communication style, this would be an even more enjoyable place to stay.
