We are situated approximately 25 min SE of Atlanta, traffic dependent. Many amenities/sightseeing opportunities: ATL Speedway, Coca Cola Museum, CNN Center, State Farm Arena, MLK Center, ATL Aquarium, Tanger Mall, Stockbridge Amphitheater, International Horse Park, restaurants and more. Love this nice little retreat. Host is very nice and super professional, communicated promptly and was very helpful with recommendations on good places to eat. Would definitely book here again, very pleasant and relaxing!

The Host was awesome! Very kind, attentive, and responded quickly to my requests. Parking was good - had mo trouble getting in space. Many nearby shops, eateries, fuel stations, and Kroger grocery store. Rooms were clean to the satisfaction of my niece who stayed with me and my friend who stopped by.

Our host, Carla was great! She has everything we could possible need ready for us when we arrived. Check in and check out was easy. The property was was beautiful, quiet and secluded while still being close to town. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk out the door and see the pond. It was a very relaxing stay and we would visit again next time we are traveling.

Super convenient for us, visiting family in a nearby town; excellent grocery nearby. Really lovely deck to over-watch the pond and frogs, and appreciate cool trees & plants. Good beds! Really tucked in, safe, good parking and 100% reasonable pricing.Check in with the host about any mobility challenges. There are uneven stairs down to the unit, and a step up/step down to the toilet and tub/shower. Absolutely fine for the fully able-bodied, and worth noting for anyone who is not. We loved the place and will be back!

Parking was great. The area was okay. The Wi-Fi wasn't the best but it was doable. The walkway was my only concern. But it was doable. Other than that everything else was wonderful. The manager of the property was very tentative and gave clear explanations of what need to be done.

A reservation was made for two guests; however, more than 10 individuals arrived at the property. The group consisted primarily of young people who appeared to be unsupervised. This was a clear violation of the signed rental agreement and house rules regarding occupancy limits and unauthorized guests. Due to the severity of the situation and the guests’ refusal to comply, local law enforcement was contacted to assist with removing all occupants from the property. The renter’s mother later contacted me and used abusive and profane language after I explained that, because the guests materially breached the rental agreement, they were no longer entitled to remain on the property. VRBO customer support was involved because of the significant contract violations and the need to document the incident. This reservation involved: *Unauthorized guests * Excessive occupancy * Violation of house rules * Police intervention * Verbal abuse from the renter’s family For the safety of the property and surrounding neighbors, the reservation was terminated immediately.

Absolutely the best place!!!Clean. Private. Safe. Quiet. We stay at a lot of places in the Atlanta surrounding area. This one was perfect. Awesome communication. Easy-to-understand instructions. So happy we found this place having just be listed. We’ll stay again!! You can’t go wrong.
