We had an issue with the upstairs power and the sent someone to fix it right away. We will definitely stay there again.

This lake house was the perfect place for us to retreat after a long conference. The setting was perfect, and we got our boat to the house with minimal effort. We will be back!

Overall this property was great for what we needed. There were many beds that made sleeping comfortable, large living room that made hanging out easy, and a big driveway if you have many guests traveling separately. However, when we arrived the dock had trash all over and the table was covered in cigarette ash. The host was responsive in getting cleaners out to address the issue which was helpful. The inside was very comfortable. A nicely stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. I would suggest they do some repairs to the dock as there were many boards with holes in them which was worrisome. Overall we enjoyed our stay there are just some things that could be enhanced for future experiences.

Overall this was a good experience. We did have an issue where the kitchen sink fell in which was no fault of ours but poor installation. Thus, we were unable to finish dinner on Friday or Breakfast on Saturday. The host did respond and sent someone over to repair which gave us the opportunity to finish dinner. Also, the outdoor trash can was full of trash upon our arrival.Outside of those things, we enjoyed the space and I do think it was worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was very clean and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of space for our group, and we never felt crowded.The best part was the location: it was incredibly quiet and the lake view was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor decks. It was great having our boat docked at the house.The host was very responsive and helpful, promptly answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is all anybody could ask for. It is amazing. The views out over the main channel is awesome. The host has it equipped with everything you can possibly need. I loved the parking. Plenty of it, even room to park my truck and boat trailer,and boat launch only 10minutes away. My family and grandkids came to visit and was in total awe. They ask if Papa would bring them back. The host was very gracious and communicated promptly to my text and calls. Can’t wait to go back.

This lakeside rental was absolutely wonderful and exactly as advertised! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children, and had 2 more adults and 2 children visiting daily from nearby. Most days, we had 11 people enjoying the house - playing, dining, and relaxing together - and it handled our group beautifully. The home is thoughtfully equipped with nearly everything you could need (far too much to list!). The main-level primary bedroom features a spacious en-suite bath with shower and direct access to the deck through a patio door. Upstairs, two bedrooms comfortably sleep about 6 (depending on configurations), and share a large, modern family-friendly bathroom. The finished basement offers two additional beds, a laundry room, and another bathroom with shower. Outside, a generous deck with gas grill, patio furniture, and plenty of parking completes the picture. The surrounding area is peaceful, yet convenient - restaurants, shops, a Publix supermarket, and even a Costco are all within a 10-25 minute drive. If you’re searching for a well-equipped lakeside home that comfortably accommodates a large family or group of 10+, this property truly has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Our stay was okay! The property itself is a nice location, it's great being by the water, and the bedrooms are spacious. The property was clean, the owner was responsive, and we made the most of our time. As a whole, it feels like this rental isn't used often, as we had similar experiences to other reviewers with repairs. Specifically, we had an issue with a leaking sink; the property owner was quick to respond and have it resolved the next morning.Also, we were keen to enjoy the outdoor area and the dock for a morning coffee. Unfortunately, the dock had several loose screws and nails sitting around, which did not inspire confidence. Also, the next door neighbor (who has several signs up about visitors, likely because of previous incidents), had two large dobermans barking at 7am that woke us up each day. The place is beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay, but all of these little issues add up. We likely wouldn't stay here in the future for this price.
