Host was amazing and the property was great. Very quiet with beautiful views of the mountains from the back deck. Just a 5 minute drive to everything you could need or do in town.

Great location. Quiet and cozy neighborhood. Has a great yard for the dogs. Lots of deer and other wildlife that access the neighborhood.

Very friendly, clean home, quiet area, beautiful views, has everything you need from ice trays to seasonings. Would definitely recommend to all and will return.

Amazing property to stay with family and friends. Came out for the weekend for some fishing and cooking with friends. Landlord was very healthful regarding any questions and any accommodations that we needed. Definitely recommend this property.

The area the property sat was quiet, very nice only about a 25 minute walk to the village. The property was great too, perfect size for 3 people could probably do 4 comfortably. Everything was supplied, qe brought our own plates, cups, ice other items but most anything you need was there. The host responded to messages quickly. Great value for your money.

Host was communicative and welcoming. The house had plenty of space for my girlfriend and I and our two small dogs. Convenient location for hanging by the river and trails. The house had great views of the valley.

We had a lovely time in the little town of Kernville exploring the area and fishing. Sadly, only one small trout selected the treats offered. Wishing for better fishing spot next time, or at least a bit of fishing luck. We did enjoy the meal offerings at some of the restaurants: El Rio for Mexican food, Ewings on the Kern for the view, and Sequoia Mountain Bakery for breakfast.

Perfect Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Well-LocatedWe had such a great experience at this property! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was ideal – close to everything in Kernville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in/check-out simple and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
