Our stay with Real Joy vacations at Sun Destin resort was perfectly wonderful! The check in was smooth and seamless, and everyone at the front desk was very friendly. Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We even arrived early and requested to check in to our room a couple of hours early, and we received a text back within a couple minutes in response to our request. We had a very pleasant stay, and we definitely plan on returning! We were 100% satisfied in every aspect!

Beautiful view, great access to the beach and the pools. All the supplies were mostly enough for us, had to buy a couple small items.

Great location

Was very nice. Only negatives were pillows were very hard and not having washer and dryer in the condo.

Great location

Property was clean. Building is a little older. Close to beach. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything was fantastic. I might would suggest a blackout curtain for the bedroom window, the light from the hallway lit up the room all night. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities. Thank you.

Great!

We had the best time! The view was great. The space was clean and amazing. Comfortable blankets bed and pillows! The complimentary shampoos and lotions smelt amazing! The construction wasn’t noisy either. The elevator waits were short. Overall we had a great time!

Nice place, not great beach access

We enjoyed our stay, everyone was helpful and nice. The only downside was the limited seating on the beach. We brought our own beach chairs/tent and we had to set up behind rows and rows of umbrellas, so we couldn’t hardly see the water. If we wanted a better spot, we would have to pay for umbrellas.

Cold outside pool, broken splash pad, not as expected

Outdoor Pool was ice cold. There was an indoor pool, but it was OK. The outdoor splash pad for kids was broken and turned off. If you’re going for the beach, this place is all right but the chairs don’t even lay back. We definitely would not stay here again.

Room was clean and it worked well for the 2 of us. Construction was loud and obnoxious 8 hrs per day 7 days a week. There was jackhammering going on above us pretty much the entire stay. The air conditioner in our condo was also very noisy as was the one in the condo next to us, they would wake us up whenever they turned on. The outdoor hallways were very noisy with inconsiderate people throughout the night during our stay. One of the 2 treadmills was down when we tried to use them. Once the construction is completed it might be a place we would like to revisit. I feel that the scope of the construction was misrepresented in the listing, it was massive and there were construction people all over the place. We couldn't go out on the balcony for several days while they were working on stucco and painting the outside of the building on ladders right next to it.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed the vibe. The beds were comfortable. Great view of the ocean. My only complaints would be about some of the appliances. The oven takes forever to cook things and the fridge doesn’t get as cold as it should. The water pressure is horrible, so showering is challenging . But overall a good stay.

Overall the condo was clean. The internet was very weak and none of us had good cell service in the building. The building is def under construction and they start right at 8am and everything is pretty messy. We could never get the streaming to work on the TV with several attempts to reach out to get help and you only get a few channels. The beach is nice and clean. There is only one washer and dryer for each floor.
