Located between Old Town and Downtown, the home offers easy access to both worlds. Old Town’s adobe architecture, museums, and unique shops are just minutes away, while Downtown’s vibrant restaurants, breweries, and nightlife are equally close.
The neighborhood itself is peaceful and walkable, with tree-lined streets that make evening strolls especially pleasant. You’ll often see locals out walking their dogs, families biking, and neighbors stopping to chat, giving it a welcoming community feel.
What we enjoy most is the balance—our street feels quiet and relaxing, yet you’re never far from the action. In the mornings, it’s easy to grab coffee at a nearby café before heading out to explore.
