This property has a private boat launch and a private boat house and is lighted for night fishing. The boat house has two boat slips and is equipped with a fish cleaning station and plenty of room for a fish fry with friends and family.

The property is completely fenced with a large open yard perfect for the kids to play and has 200 feet of beautiful waterfront on a deep water cove, just off the main lake.

The cabin is completely furnished and has a great view of the water from many rooms. It is peaceful and serene.

Grocery shopping and restaurants are available within a quick 5-10 minute drive to Zwolle OR Many!

Overall we had a great stay here. Fishing and swimming right off the dock. House is spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved this place and already booking another trip here.

The property was in excellent condition, very nice and well maintained. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and enjoying the breeze even with 98 degree temperatures. We will be back. Actually we have a boys trip planned for mid September. The host answered all of my messages rather quickly which is great.

The camp was spacious and we felt right at home. The dock and property was exactly as pictured. Beautiful!! And we had a great time!!

The cabin was very clean, very well stocked, the a/c worked wonderfully, the grill is a full size grill not a small one. The walk way to the boat is very nice and well lit up. The boat house is amazing - very spacious and well lit. It has a cleaning station for when you clean your fish. We used the firepit one night for s'mores. The boat launch was nice, we had no issues with putting our boat in the water or taking it out. There's plenty of parking. We had no issues with the truck / trailer. I would highly recommend this cabin. This was our first time on the north end of Toledo Bend, normally we hang out on the south end. Looking forward to going back.

We have stayed here every year for the past several years. We think it is perfect. We have never had any issues. People are wonderful and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thanks for another great trip.

Everything was great, would definitely rent again! Property manager responded to all my questions in a timely manner! Large lake house with lots of room and extras in case you needed it.

Loved the cabin and property! Easy to access, and in a great location on the lake. Loved the spacious cabin, large yard, concrete boat ramp, and huge boat house all on property. Had no issues launching or docking my 23 foot bay boat each day. My girls caught what felt like a 100 bream right off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again. One of my favorites we have rented on the lake!

Adequate parking. Place is always clean. Well equipped. Great communication w the mgr/housekeeper Tammy. Weather was gorgeous. Fishing not as good as previous trips… but lake is down several feet.

The place is wonderful. This was our fourth year and we are going next year.It has a great boat house and a beautiful view.I highly recommend coming here, you will create great memories in a beautiful setting.

This is the second time my old college friend and I used this cabin for our annual fishing trip. It was a perfect setup for us retired guys. The house had everything we needed and the dock and boat launch were big factors in the booking. The host is so easy to work with and communication is excellent. Thank you for sharing your lake house!

The cabin was clean and comfortable with a large parking area and a large boathouse/dock. The private boat launch was excellent and convenient. This was our second stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Had great weather all week and fishing wasn’t too bad. It was actually really good right off the dock. The place is very clean and secure. Quiet, peaceful location.

Now that we are all parents ourselves, we are so excited to give our kids the same valuable experiences we gained while spending time together on the water; whether we were fishing, skiing, or just hanging out on the pier. We hope this cabin will become a place of happy memories for you and your family and friends as well!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We chose this property because it is a great meeting ground for our our Texas and Louisiana families. The house is spacious enough for us all to fit and sleep comfortably (with the right cot an air mattress configuration) and the giant yard is fenced and safe for our kiddos to play and explore while we hang out in the boat house nearby.
The boathouse is fantastic for fishing, swimming, and cooking out.

It's tucked away off the main channel so boat traffic is at a minimum.
