Fantastic property right on the Saco, huge lawn area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The gathering spaces inside leave a little too be desired, so plan on being active and outside the house.

Great House for Groups, Quiet and Centrally Located!

We cannot say enough about this wonderful house! It is right on a main road in Conway but you go inside and the soundproofing is amazing - it is so quiet! Lots of seating for a large group, especially in the open livingroom and kitchen area and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of towels for guests. Also a big parking area for plenty of cars. We used all the amenities in the house while we were there - the pool table, hot tub and fire pit! Ned the owner and Brianna the property manager were very easy to work with and responsive to messages, phone calls, and texts. Would definitely rent there again!

Great spot right on the Saco

This was a great house right on the Saco river. We brought a bunch of tubes and dropped in a few miles upstream and then floated down. The lawn is massive, the house was clean, Ned was responsive and helpful when we needed it.

There were 16 of us and we had a great time. The house was very clean and came exactly as advertised in the pictures. It is great because it is secluded with it's own Saco river beach but also less than a 5 min drive to everything you could need. Ned was very helpful and responsive throughout. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic for large groups

Our large group of 8 adults and 5 children had a fun and comfortable vacation. The property is spacious and well located, a short drive to basically anything you could want. Having direct river access made for an easy time keeping the kids occupied. Took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill to cook most of our meals. Highly recommend this property.

It was a wonderful weekend in Conway.

This place was spot on for our sleeping accommodations. It was clean, the hot tub was put to use, the bedrooms were spacious.

Kids Free Getaway

This house was everything we expected and more!! It was perfect for a bunch of parents looking to get away for a kid free weekend! Plus is that everyone has their own room with a queen size bed and a door!!! The location of the house is absolutely perfect, close to everything!! We also enjoyed being right in the Saco!!

Excellent time

Our family gathering of 17 very much enjoyed our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty and accommodative. Access to river on the huge property was convenient. Interior was beautiful, clearly updated not long ago. Appreciated having a tv in almost every bedroom. Patio area needs work. Overall, very good place.

Well appointed property

The property was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for our family's gathering. We had a large group, and this property had plenty of comfortable bedrooms, kitchen space, living area, and outdoor amenities for our group. A short walk to the river yielded a full day of lazy fun and relaxation. Recommend bringing tubes versus kayaks or boards as the river tends to have lots of rocky areas, but its perfect for floating. Also recommend water shoes as only a small fraction of the beach and river bottom are sand, most are 6" + size rocks. Our review would be 5 stars except that the access from the yard to the river is a little dicey and no pets are allowed. Other than that, a great location.

Great location on the Saco River but lacked essentials and ability to control the AC temperature

Overall my family and I had a great time. The location was perfect and the 4 acres was great for everyone to play games and run around. It’s right on the river which was amazing and had a great beach for us to play on and swim. Hot tub was a plus for sure. The house itself was a little dirty and lacked essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash etc. There was no access to the thermostat to control the AC. Only way to adjust it was by texting or contacting Ned. Which is not ideal at all considering it is difficult to know what temperature to set to when you’re not sure what it’s currently set too. Upstairs bedrooms were hot and muggy while downstairs stayed very cold. With a few additional items and ability to control temperature would really make this place better. Luckily my family and I still had an amazing time and took advantage of its location. Would think of going back again in future if AC could be controlled without contacting Mex.

Very comfortable house in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the river every day. Great experience!

This house was wonderful for our family, including grandchildren. We used every bedroom and all were very comfortable with very nice furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. It made a big difference to have such a nice washer and dryer. The grandchildren so enjoyed the river that we stayed home more than we thought we would. The property is quite large and could easily accommodate badminton or lawn games. Location is perfect. We went to Story Land and rode the Conway Scenic Train. When the children are older we would like to try some hiking. We had beautiful weather and used the outdoor patio and hot tub every day. It was a relaxing and refreshing vacation
