Great House in a perfect location

This was our 4th time staying in this house with a large group of friends to hike. The house is clean and comfortable for a group of our size and Ned was very accommodating with our early check in request and was a pleasure to meet. We will definitely be back!

Perfect group getaway

The house was perfect to host a 40th birthday celebration with 20 adults (no kids this time, but there certainly was room). It is well stocked, everything was clean and the bedrooms were well positioned throughout the house. So much room to spread out, entertain and enjoy the area. Ned is such a great owner to work with, we will definitely be renting again!

perfect for a large group

the house was comfortable with all of the bedrooms and number of bathrooms. the double appliances in the kitchen were amazing, perfect for the amount of people we had to cook for and store food for. there was no "easy" access to the pool, you had to climb up a bit of a steep hill to get to it, not so easy when you have little children with you. other than that, the property was very nice.

Perfection !!!

Our family of 25 came up to North Conway to celebrate our amazing mother’s life and have her commital service in the White Mountains. The house was beyond our wildest dreams. The kitchen was extremely well appointed , the dining room seated us all, and the bedrooms were roomy and nicely decorated. The hot tub was a wonderful treat. We could easily walk to the town center which was charming! It was perfect and we look forward to returning for anothe fantastic stay at this property. The Megan Clan

Perfect property for groups

We had a fabulous time at the 10 Locust Ln. property this past weekend. Our three generational family loved everything about the house from the large dining room table where everyone could gather to the various living spaces where smaller groups could relax while playing games or reading. We have great cooks in our family who really enjoyed having double appliances in the kitchen for storing, preparing and cooking food. The house was immaculately clean and they were more than enough bedrooms for our group of 24. The consensus was that this is the perfect place for our family reunions.
