LONG STAYS AND GUARANTEE This accommodation is available for long-term bookings (over 30 nights). If guests are interested in booking this apartment for 30 nights or more, a guarantee of USD 100 per month (or proportional to the number of nights booked) is required to cover any eventuality that may arise. This guarantee will be collected through Airbnb, and if there are no issues with the apartment upon check-out, 100% of it will also be refunded by Airbnb within a maximum of 4 days after check-out. In case of any expenses such as, for example: -Stained or damaged linens -Any Broken/cracked/burned items, etc., that we cannot repair; an apartment so dirty that it requires professional cleaning; loss of keys or garage door opener (if applicable), among others. These will be deducted from the security deposit after we send the guest photos documenting the damages and an estimate of the costs we will incur (these are the supporting documents). Any remaining balance will also be refunded through Airbnb. The building has an elevator. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. We are at your service to help you! We can recommend and organize any experience in our city that will enrich your stay: gastronomic experiences, visits to food markets, surf lessons, one-day tours to the Paracas National Reserve and the Pachacamac Citadel, round-trip airport transfers, restaurant reservations, excursions, and more. Just let us know and we're ready! Check-in is from 3 pm onwards and check-out is by 11 am at the latest. If you require early check-in, please let us know. For early check-in or late check-out, please coordinate with us to verify availability. The cost of early check-in or late check-out is S/106 (or USD30). IMPORTANT: Early check-in is no later than 9:00 AM. If a guest requires check-in before 9:00 AM, they must book the previous night. Similarly, late check-out is no later than 9:00 PM. If a guest requires a late check-out after 9:00 PM, they must book the entire night. BUILDING RULES: - The building has internal rules that will be explained at check-in. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere in the building. - Parties are not allowed. - Pets and service animals are not allowed. - Making excessive noise that could disturb the peace of other residents is prohibited. - Hanging items or clothing from windows is not permitted. This may result in a fine from the administration, which would be charged to the guest, if applicable. If the guest violates the Regulations and this results in a fine for the apartment, the guest will be responsible for paying said fine. -In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the guest will be given a warning. -If the guest ignores the warning, iStayPerú reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the apartment.
