The open-plan layout seamlessly connects to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. A convenient breakfast bar with high stools provides the perfect spot for casual dining or enjoying a morning coffee. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Easily accessible by public transport, it’s just a 10-minute drive to the metro station and Dubai Mall. The area is home to popular dining spots like BASTA!, Social House, Vyne Restaurant & Bar, and The MAINE Land Brasserie. Nearby Bay Square adds to the convenience with a variety of shops, banks, and everyday essentials, making it an ideal location for both short and long stays.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
