2nd time staying - we had a truly wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was clear that great care that had been taken to make sure everything was just right. The host made our crew feel at home, and we are so grateful for the kindness and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an inviting place to stay

This was our 2nd time here within a couple of months. The house was very clean the host was responsive to our calls when needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, they do need a new can opener or an electric one would be nice. We'd stay here again, a great place for any sports team to stay.

The property was as advertised in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a little family together time. The pool was an excellent add on as well. The pool was clean and well kept just like the house. Everything was just as the host said it would be. I would stay here again.

Great place. Exactly as advertised. The location and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. We were able to enjoy evening walks through the Columbus State campus and we were conveniently located near Ft. Benning and local stores without being in a high traffic area. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and so family friendly which made traveling with our little one so much easier. The location was absolutely perfect for our family while we were visiting our soilder for his AIT Graduation, and gave us the perfect place to come back to relax, and spend time together before we had to bring him back and say our goodbyes. Communication was amazing from beginning to end. We created memories that our family will hold onto for a lifetime, and this home was the perfect little home base for all of it. We would absolutely stay here again if our travels bring us back to this area!

This house is exactly as advertised.. the rooms are clean and very well equipped… there was 8 of us with plenty of space. We really enjoyed this home and the neighborhood. The university is a block away and we would take leisurely walks through the campus in the evening. This house is in a very nice neighborhood with many amenities near by.

The hosts were very good with communication and answered my several questions quickly and clearly. The house is comfortable and well-stocked, and the neighborhood is very pleasant. The layout of the house is a little unusual, and some of the fixtures are dated, but it was very comfortable for our group of adults on a work trip. Everyone had their own space.

The size of the home and location would be 5 stars however this home needs a lot of TLC. For the rate we paid I would have expected it to be in better condition. The pool was green, we found live roaches in several rooms, toilet was very loose, the bathtub you could see the old color so it looks like big paint chips and so many more things. I did communicate with the host and sent pictures. They did have someone check the pool however we could not use it for the first 3 days of our stay which was a big disappointment. The main reason we rented the home was for the pool. I expected the house would have been in better condition being we paid over 3k for our stay. Disappointed.

We booked the house for 12 of us so that we could be together under one roof as a family to celebrate Christmas and spend time together. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the different spaces available. It was a perfect set up for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen provided what we needed. We did not use the pool or the patio area due to the weather.

2/10 Terrible

The pool was cloudy and dirty. There was only one good shower out of 3 bathrooms. The upstairs shower was unusable due to a clog in the shower and standing water. The water pressure in the hallway bathroom was terrible, the faucet was broken and wouldn’t let all the water go to the shower head. Maintenance was there when we arrived, and said they would be back to fix the upstairs shower. They never came back, and we notified them of the continued problem as well as the additional problems. No one ever responded. We had one working bathroom for 11 people. There was not a lot of kitchen appliances like mixers baking pans, serving dishes like other properties that we have stayed in. Over all, we were very unhappy with our stay, and no one seems to want to discuss these issues to resolve them.

The host was wonderful before and during our stay., communication was quick with answers. The house looked smaller from the road, but when you get inside, it was surprisingly a great size for our large group. We will be back to stay.
