This place is excellent, we highly recommend it. The condo was exquisite. The mountain scenery was marvelous and listening to the birds in the morning was amazing!!!We enjoyed the pool,hot tub, and tennis courts! Oh! And the Ventana trail was great as well!!!We hope to come back soon’

This was an excellent experience at being gone for a full month. This property was wonderful, clean, located beautifully at base of the mountains, great views. Landscaping around the condo was beautifully and tastefully done with cacti all around. People were very kind and friendly. Helpful in making suggestions of things to see and places to go. The host was easily accessible and responsive to any request or questions I had. This is a gem.

Dog urine smell. We had to leave in the morning because we could not take the strong odor. The problem is that any dog that visits will smell the urine and mark on top of it!!! Every room stank. The A/C did NOT work in the guest bedroom-very hot in Tucson in September. The boys could not sleep. The A/C is very loud in the rest of the condo. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all- so none of us slept. Everything is old in the condo. The host was responsive but there was nothing that could or can be done. We were not offered a refund for the rest of the stay.

I'm so sorry you had a difficult time, and as mentioned in our messaging, I would have been happy to help in any way immediately. There had not been a dog there, and the neighbors, cleaner and I could not identify a smell of any kind immediately after your departure, so we could not figure out what smell you referred to. Regardless, I did ask my cleaner to do an enzymatic deodorizing deep clean, just to know I had done everything possible for my own peace of mind. I receive so many compliments on the comfort of the beds and mattresses as evidenced in the reviews, so I was surprised and sorry to hear a negative comment about the beds for the first time. The guests that stayed before and after you found them very comfortable. As soon as you left, I had the A/C company come check everything out but they found the system to be in great working order and had no recommendations (I sent the inspection report to VRBO as well as the invoice showing the trip charge and no repairs required). It's a newer Lennox top of the line unit that I felt was worth the cost to ensure that all guests are comfortable no matter the season, and it has a full maintenance service twice yearly. I would have loved for you to have a wonderful time and wish that you would have allowed me to help somehow, even though I could not find any evidence of issues you mentioned. Regardless, I am grateful for your input and wish you all the best.

Wonderful and inviting home away from home .

Lore has a knack for making this wonderful condo feel like a cabin in the mountains ! It’s very quiet and private, we loved watching the birds at the feeder outside the back sitting area. Wonderful view of the mountains and very restful. Will certainly recommend to anyone heading that way !

We have so many beautiful cardinals, roadrunners, quail, cactus wren, hummingbirds, etc in this area and they love hanging out by our particular patio at the edge of the natural desert and the Ventana Canyon trail. First trip to Tucson

We enjoyed the location and felt very safe and comfortable in this condo. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. We had everything we needed and the host is responsive and helpful. Great access to area hiking, and the back patio provided a beautiful and relaxing view of mountains, saguaro, desert flora, and birds.

Perfect Location

Property was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked. The host responded to our questions quickly and resolved a minor issue we had to our satisfaction immediately. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property

Do yourself a favor and stay here! The condo has everything you will need for a great stay and the proximity to great hiking can’t be beat. Our kids (9 and 10) also loved the pool. Communication with Lore was excellent throughout the trip.

A lovely place for escaping winter

We had 2 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here. The gate to the hiking trail is right behind the condo and the pool is a short walk from the front door. The condo has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is great at responding to all questions.

Beautiful and quiet

Nice to have the screened in porch. So fast to drive across town east to west on the high roads. and to take Tanque Verde to the east is also a beautiful drive with little traffic or traffic lights.

Tucson trip

Very nice, updated southwestern decor with great views of the mountains and trail for hiking behind the condo. Property manager was excellent to work with. Would definitely want to return.

It's the most prestigious condo community in Tucson, nestled right up to the Catalina mountains and in the upscale Catalina Foothills neighborhood. This particular community has its own private Ventana Canyon hiking trail entrance, 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 clubhouses, a gym, tennis and pickleball court and beautiful landscaping! It's 5 minutes from shopping and Sabino Canyon, and only 20 minutes to the University. Couldn't be more perfect!
