Guests will have access to Concierge Team during their stay to assist with any issues, booking tours, dinner reservations, or anything else you may need!

Very easy access on paved roads the entire way.
PIN code access so anytime from 3 pm onward on the day of check-in is allowed.

The property is part of Big Sandy Resort.

A private vehicle will be required. During the winter months, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended due to potentially snowy conditions.

This place was awesome, beautiful inside and out. Location was a plus for us. Property is well maintained and everything was in working order.

This is a great location. The problem was the cleanliness of the home dishes were put away dirty beach towels were wet still in the dryer. There was Ramen noodles all over the deck table outside.I think if they can get a new cleaning crew in there, it will upgrade it perfectly

Pool area had been damaged prior but the host arranged for the kids to swim at a local facility at will which was a little inconvenient but overcomable. Staff was excellent in communicating and working with us.

Love this villa!

This villa is amazing! A small group of us (6) rented this for the purpose of getting away from the cities for a little bit and it was perfect. Easy to find, incredibly clean, well stocked with every amenity you could imagine. We will be back!

Always a comfortable home

This was our 4th year renting Villa 9 for our family vacation, We have always had an enjoyable time. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses and plates utensils and serving dishes. The beds are very comfortable. The grandchildren enjoy the large selection of games and puzzles available. our only complaint is with the resort amenities. This year the pool and entire rec area was unavailable and under repair. Two other years the whirlpool and sauna were not working the week we were there. New resort owners have improved the restaurant on site and we were pleased with the food we were served when we ate there.

Great house to stay in. We loved all the games and amenities. Was a little disappointed there were only 2 towels in each bathroom which meant we had to share with other people. Also you should know the shower head in the upstairs bathroom sprays water straight out and onto the wall

The cabin was nice. Cleaning service was late and we waited a few hours past check in time to get into the cabin. The resort was basically closed. No pool, workout area etc… Luckily the weather was nice so we played at the lake the whole time. We loved the house and the set up for our family. The host or whoever takes care of the communication was unfriendly and unresponsive. There are so many people involved in the communication that the whole process was frustrating for us. The resort, the host, the owner, the property people. We just kept getting shuffled around and that was very annoying.

Amazing place! Had all you could want and more from a rental. Comfy beds, all things required for cooking, games, towels, etc.
