Beautifully decorated, 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom condo, located in family oriented Wildwood Crest , NJ at The Summer Sands Condominiums on the 2nd floor Sleeps 5, 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. Only a short walk to the beach.

Great location to the beach and the pools were really nice. The neighbor were very nice and helpful when I ran into a problem with the lock.

Great stay in wildwood

All the necessities were available and convenient. Room is upkept very well. The decor is very welcoming. Hosts/owners were very kind.

The property was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for stay other than the linens. It was nice that we were able to have Wi-Fi and cable television.

Relaxing and fun

It was great to get away and enjoy the beach. Neighbors are great. Everyone is friendly including the summer sands employees.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our use. The location is perfect. This condo is a very short walk to the entrance of the beautiful beach! Once you get on the beach, there is a bit of a walk, which is typical of Wildwood beaches. The condo itself is small, but all we needed. We loved the two pools on the property as well. We also had a family get-together for lunch on one of the patios. It was perfect! Great property and great owners who were easy to work with!!! Thanks for the fabulous memories!

Crest

The property was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. We where a very short walk to the beach. Other ppl staying there where very friendly. We had a wonderful trip!

A comfortable condo close to the beach

This comfortable condo is a short walk to a long beach. There are two pools which provided a nice alternative. The clean tables and chairs on the decks were great for our family dinners. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire building. The only issue that could change would be the providing of pillows and blankets. We have stayed at many places at the Jersey shore, and although we provided our own linens and towels, pillows and blankets were always provided. Other than that, we reallyy enjoyed our stay.

Good Experience

The unit was warm, inviting, and clean. The complex was quiet and family oriented. The pool areas were clean and never packed... in fact 2 out of 3 times that we used them, we had the pool all to ourselves. Each pool even has a 1ft deep enclosed area for little ones like our 2 yr old. The office staff and neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. Beach access is literally one block away which is more than just nice when you’re walking with a little one. Overall we had a great experience. Jim and Kathy are great owners and make sure the experience is nothing less than excellent. We had some WiFi issues while there but they promised it would be corrected in the future. My family and I feel confident recommending this rental to anyone. Thanks for a great stay Jim and Kathy! Until next year!

great place to stay

It was a great experience at the Crest. the place is super clean, few steps to the beach. Owners were nice, very cooperative and always welling to help if need be. We will definitely visit again.
