The unit was clean, well organized, and in a perfect location! We loved how it was a block away from the Pearl with plenty of food options. We would stay here again!

We had a great time in San Antonio and loved the condo. Perfect size, and perfect location in the Pearl District. The condo is near many restaurants and nightlife you can walk to and an easy Uber ride to plenty of places to sightsee. The condo building is very secure and it is in a very safe area. Highly recommend.

Property is excellently located for The Pearl. The apartment was very clean and in great shape. Minimal accessories if you plan to cook or entertain, but other than that, a great Property

Beautiful Condo in downtown San Antonio. Great location right across from the Pearl District and Pullman Market. It’s exactly as listed. Some cleaning was missed by the cleaning crew. Owners were alerted and I’m sure it will get taken care of. Definitely a place to stay in San Antonio.

We enjoyed how conveniently located the property was to great shopping, dining, and walks along the River. The condo itself was in good shape and clean except that the coffee maker did not work. The building had some issues though- the elevator located near the condo was out of order, the pool was dirty, and several of the outdoor games were broken or missing pieces. We had an issue with parking our vehicle but the host promptly compensated us for this inconvenience.

Gorgeous, spacious, well-appointed and CLEAN apartment! Across the street from groceries, high-end dining and shopping. The Pearl has everything. Instructions were so easy to follow. Safe, clean and right in the heart of the action! Will absolutely book again!

Overall, we had a great stay and would consider staying here again. The host was responsive, check-in was easy, and the apartment had great amenities. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient, and the coffee machine with complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped, and parking was straightforward.The only downside was the cleanliness. The floors didn’t appear to have been mopped before our arrival, our socks turned black after walking around the apartment. We also found trash underneath the sofa, and a few of the pillowcases had visible stains. Additionally, the elevator closest to our room was out of service for our entire stay, which made getting luggage and groceries upstairs less convenient.Aside from those issues, the apartment itself was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. With a little more attention to housekeeping and the elevator repaired, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Very clean, spacious, perfect for our family. The best thing was the proximity to the Pearl area. We were right across the street from Pullman Market. I used the larger of the two fitness centers, which had a nice combo of machines and weights. The pool is great and the area has plenty of seating in the shade. I would stay again— I loved not having to deal with driving and parking when visiting the Pearl.

The apartment was excellent! It was within walking distance of the Pearl market. The seperate bed rooms and seperate baths made it very convient. It had a full kitchen and dinning table and plenty of room for the full 6 person accommodation. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to San Antonio!

Enjoyed staying in this room. It was very clean. Adequate items including towels, linens and cleaning supplies. The best part was the location. Barely had to drive. So close to a market, dining locations, coffee shops and river walk. Enjoyed our stay!
