Welcome to your private seaside retreat — a cozy one room , one-bath cottage just 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea fishing pier. We are self service boutique. We do not have an office and we do not provide refills on toilet paper after check in.

Each cottage in this charming complex is fully private, featuring its own gated yard and private entrance. Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle (off A1A).

Inside, you’ll find:
• Two comfortable double beds (sleeps up to 4people)
• A kitchenette with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials
• High-speed internet and air conditioning
• A beautiful private yard for outdoor relaxation

Coin laundry is available on-site (please ask for coins if needed).
All major grocery stores are within a 10–15-minute walk, and you’ll be steps from all the best dining and entertainment Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer. Our location is ideal for exploring all of South Florida

Perfect location to the beach and plenty of places within a couple blocks to eat, drink, & shop. Room was very clean and perfect size for a two-person beach stay. It was especially nice to have a parking spot in this area that is busy.

The host was extremely kind and accommodating for our last minute need to stay in the Lauderdale by the Sea area. The room was nice and cozy. Stayed nice and cool and had a cute sitting area outside the room. Exactly what we needed and location is top notch. Just a minute or two walk to almost everything in the area.

Great location! Very cute with lots of detail to decorations & thoughtful amenities like beach chairs. The outdoor space is small but utilized will with loungers. The walls are thin. You will hear the neighbors.

Hidden gem of a place!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was a bit hidden from the street which was a plus since its the main road and we had kids. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, good property manager

The location was absolutely perfect, so many things within walking distance. The property was clean and perfect for what we needed and I was easily able to communicate with the host with questions

generally good,,, just the location of the unit that i am staying at wont clear and key retrieval arrangement wasnt clear but everything else was fine,couldnt get the tv and stove to turn on ,,,,but personally it did not matter.will be back again soon,,

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. Expect about a block and a half walk to the beach. Fenced courtyard for our unit was a lovely, welcoming space. The studio was clean, well appointed and made great use of a small space that had everything we needed for our short stay. Backing out of the parking space is a bit tricky given the busy street, and local drivers aren't patient. Host answered all of our questions promptly. Recommend highly for a few night stay where you want to be close to the action.
