Please note there is no A/C as the home was custom built for natural ventilation, with breezy crosswinds and fans in every room. Your stay is supported by our discreet, full time caretaker, who lives on-site in a private residence with his wife. He provides daily beach raking and clean-up (note that during sargassum season, it can be difficult to clear the beach completely depending on currents and wind), daily trash removal, fresh towel/linen service upon request and grill prep and sourcing local seafood (charcoal briquettes provided).
