Clean & safe. Nice tub. Comfortable bed. Had all we needed for our stay. Available parking. Communications to host were effective. Good property.

The lodging is in the heart of downtown Sturgeon Bay and is convenient to the main business district, shops, restaurants, and bars. Jumping off to points north is easy with just a couple of quick turns to be on the up north route to all of the key Door County points of interest. The lodging itself is spacious and comfortable. There is a nice deck and seating off the dining area which makes a nice relaxing spot for an afternoon glass of wine. A couple of things we thought were overlooked were some of the amenities found in other short term lodgings such as coffee and a selection of tea. This is of course discretionary but we find these amenities frequently in other short term rentals. Overall we found it to be a good value for the rate and recommend it as a convenient lodging for exploring the door peninsula.

Nice inside,there’s 2 areas/transitions between the rooms that you have to be careful for-if you’re not mindful of them it’s a trip hazard. King bed comfortable,clean-smelled good. Big tub a plus. Would suggest having blow dryer for guests and also some kind of creamer for coffee (had sugar). We did have a situation with water coming through the ceiling (poss an a/c problem), a lot of water on floor when we came back from being gone all day. Throw carpet was soaked and wiped up a lot of water. Needed to shut A/C off to be sure there wasn’t leaking anymore. Contacted host thru VRBO,needed to get response sooner so went thru VRBO and got host #. My husband called and told him what happened. We left A/C off remainder of stay,even though it was warm, so it wouldn’t leak anymore. Feel as though host could’ve offered something to compensate for this.

We stayed in the Magnolia place. Very happy with condition, space and overall look. We had the top floor with a little walkout to sit, play games. Just us two but very spacious for us. The tub was a great way to unwind in the evening.Tim was great and the checkout was very easy as well.
