This property is perfect! Lots of amenities, very clean, and organized. Is exactly as shown on the pictures. We enjoyed a great time at the lake and blessed with beautiful sunsets. We would love to book this property again next year.

This home has everything for entertaining a family group. Very spacious and comfortable with having an open floor plan. Pool inside and outside with a nice clear lake to enjoy for boating activities. Our family is only an hour away and wanted a nice place to gather and relax with a lake and boating activities and found our home away from home. Thank you to the hosts for opening up their home and welcoming our family..

We came into town for an annual Spartan half marathon and this house was perfect for relaxing and recovering! We will definitely be looking forward to booking it again next year!!

There are few words to describe how exceptional this vaca rental is. From the size of the rooms, to the accessibility features; from the wonderful snack basket to the toiletry container filled with necessities to replace forgotten items, this home is beyond compare to any rental we’ve ever stayed in, and that’s without mentioning the games, water toys, and giant tvs in each room. Incredibly well kept and clean, we will return because anything else will pale by comparison.Thank you, Ivan and Jana for offering perfection!

We stayed here after dropping our daughter off at college. The house was thoughtfully furnished and the amenities were wonderful. The property was perfect for a great family get together. The house was well equipped with all that is necessary for a fun time with a game room, water activities, and plenty of space (open space, indoor and outdoor) for socializing. Plenty of fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay pleasurable. Coffee and tea bar were a plus! Most importantly is the host being very responsive. I will definitely book this house again!

The house is great! Lots of space, comfortable, clean, and beautiful! We loved spending time on the dock, in the pool and lanai area, the game room, the kayaks… everything we needed was there. Ivan and Jana have thought of everything you might need and it’s all there waiting for you. They even left a personal note and some local treats as a welcome. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Excellent stay! This house has everything you could want - quiet location, beautiful sunsets, all the amenities you can possible need, very clean, near stores and restaurants, several table games, heated swimming pool, sauna, pool table/ping pong/air hockey/foosball/kayaks/paddle boards - all in good condition. Nice dock with chairs and shade in clear water. Well maintained beach area with chairs and fire pit. Beds are amazing. Kitchen is well stocked. Host is super nice and responses quickly. This is an excellent house for anywhere and is the absolute best in this area. Highly recommend!

My name is Ivan, I am originally from Colombia but have lived in Florida since my early childhood. I am in IT by profession, but my hobbies include just about everything that happens outdoors, such as boating, fishing, kayaking, camping, hiking, off roading, shooting sports and SCUBA diving, just to name a few. The main reason I enjoy being a short term rental host: since we purchased our vacation home, we knew that we would not be using it ourselves the majority of the time. We really love spending time at our lake house, and wanted to share our home with others, so that they can have the same experience we have when we spend time there.

The main reason we chose Lake Placid was because this area was where my wife would come with her family as a child to water ski and fish with her dad. We have since really fallen in love with the relaxed atmosphere and the people. Not to mention the breathtaking sunset views from our own back yard.

We also offer use of kayaks and paddle boards, and even provide life jackets for your safety. Bring your water toys and enjoy our amazing clear water lake and sandy beach.
